Both on eBay around $10 bucks. Found housing for $9.78. I think the glass frame that sits on digitizer is about ten bucks. Oem Battery door may be more. I just bought housing so I can have the chrome silver frame instead of my scratched up carbon blue frame.

My upgrade isn't for another 15 months I believe(Note3!). So I'm going to give my note a minor cosmetic facelift. Replacing the back casing shouldn't be too hard. Remove screw's and it should pop off. Don't have to mess with detaching ribbons or extra components. I also wanna replace the glass over the digitizer without the Att logo. But I'm going to have to do more research on that.

I just replaced the entire LCD/glass/digitizer myself, cuz I cracked the entire thing.
FYI, digitizer/LCD/glass is all glued together. I don't think you can safely separate the glass from the LCD/digitizer, if you need to replace just the glass. More than likely, you will damage the LCD/digitizer in the process.
And if you need to replace the entire glass/LCD/digitizer, replacement is $200+. So, if you are trying to replace the glass only, proceed with extreme caution and be ready to spend another $200+ for the LCD/digitizer replacement.

Does the new housing come with the power and volume buttons?
My power button gets stuck a lot nowadays. It's quite annoying when it just boot loops.
Housing usually doesn't come with internal components. If it is getting stuck, you can take your phone apart and see if you can clean the button and put it back together.
If not, you can just buy the buttons separately.

Does sprint insurance cover housing replacement? Is there any way I can get it done through them even if I need to pay just a little bit? My housing is all kinds of.scraped to hell and.back and I was actually kind of hoping to get the white housing put on if possible
You should be able to buy one online for less than your insurance deductible. Insurance doesn't cover normal wear and tear (strictly speaking).
Another member just asked this. He dropped his phone and bent the housing. He the Sprint store he took it to wouldn't cover cosmetic damage. :-\
You can do this for way less by yourself than any insurance claim would cost, and they don't cover it anyway.

Former sprint emp here and yeah they will just gotta talk to the right tech. Make sure u have them pull up your account and atleast create a ticket that way they will call u for a survey and trust me they will do anything to get the best score on the survey cause it deals with their paycheck hope this helps u

I heard silicrylic is more lint proof than otter, but it still does collect lint. I should be receiving my black on Black soon so we will see.

With the light gray on the sides, it's barely noticable. The black Otterbox I had was terrible.
Got mine today, not as nice as the seidio active line. Kind of loose at the sides, but otherwise it's pretty nice. Didn't try the included screen protector cuz I have the halo anti glare installed. I'll be picking up the seidio tho once released, but this will suffice till then. Also very little lint build up.

How is the quality of that one? I have a Commuter on mine right now, and the quality is really nice. The plastic just feels very solid compared to some others I've seen. Is the plastic pretty thick and sturdy? Btw, that looks sexy as hell.
I just bought the gray 1 on ebay for 22 dollars shipped prime, I've got both the holster that you can get from verizon that works with the extended battery cover, in the slim version of that 1 available on amazon.
I will try them both on the new case and let everybody know.

It does look legitimate. Have you been able to figure out how to remove the bottom cover on the back? Ideally, I'd love to know that I can replace that at any time as well.

The bottom piece will snap off. It just has a sticky tape wich makes you think you're about to break something but you won't. Took my phone apart after jumping in the pool with it last week.

The shiny back cover has some stuff on the underside that nfc needs to work properly I bet that bumps the price up a little too.

Covered by the warranty!?! Really!?! If it was broke when you first took your phone out of the box, then yes, the warranty would cover it. After you've had the phone, not so much.

Don't glue it, what if it breaks off in the phone? Just buy a replacement, they are not so expensive when you figure how much the phone is worth itself.

So I found this case on AliExpress.com and I think it looks pretty smooth! It seems to be a knock off because Spigen hasn't made this style case for the G3 yet but I think they should. I bit the bullet and bought one in black/white since I have the white G3. I'll let you know how it looks when I get it. Antenna cutout = bleh.
I wish it didn't have the cut out either, I think all of the Spigen designs have the cut out, kind of hate it. Maybe that's why they decided to make it with the cut out, to keep in line with the rest of Spigen's line of cases. Not make it so obvious it's a knock off.

I have a Korean G3 but I agree the antenna cutout is pointless outside of Korea unless a Dev can make the TV work stateside or in Europe.
I wish I could get some feedback from someone who has this case already. Just wanna make sure the quality is good.

sorry to thread bump....but, did you get the case? i like the angular look in the photos, but the g3 has that curved backing, so not feeling too optimistic that the case will look like the pictures.
