From last few weeks i noticed that my snaps are not clear & sharp they used to be. I tried various settings, tried other camera apps, still images were blurry. Then i notice white particles on my camera lens. I tried to clean it, but they are not from outside.
Ideally lens should be clear like below one.

But in my camera i cant see lens, it is totally covered with some dust particles.
My warranty is already expired.
I m going to take cell to the service center after 2 days, how much they will charge. I think its possible to clean lens from inside.
See this
What you guys think, do i need to replace whole camera or service center guys can clean it?
I know these service center guys may tell me its hardware fault and will charge me more, so just want to clarify have any one faced similar kind of issue and how you solved it.
Right now don't have good camera to click actual photo of my lens. Will try to post it asap.

Hello,
So last night I went out with some friends, had a few (read: like 20) drinks and don't really remember much (read: anything). I'm not sure what happened to my phone but when I try and use either camera now everything is totally grey. There's zero physical damage to my phone (that I can see). Both cameras seem totally fine from inspection of the device. So I'm thinking this must be some kind of software issue? It would seem strange that both cameras would break at once.

One other thing is there are 3 pictures on the phone from last night, two of them totally back and the third grey (looks exactly like when I take a picture now of total blackness). So I can deduce the problem started between 12:50am and 12:51am lol.
Anyone ever had this happen before? I haven't found anything on google. Anyone know of anyway to fix or troubleshoot it? I should also mention I'm on CyanFox 2.0.2-20140216-NIGHTLY (I haven't updated in a while whoops).
Thanks

That's really very poor! Wipe the camera and try again... Did u unlock bootloader without backing up the drm keys? If so then that's what it is deatined to.. Else Superior Auto takes awesome pics.. Try another location

Remove any "screen" protector, thin or thick they cause problems. If not, the Flash light is bleeding; maybe because of poor assembly after the back was removed.
Hello guys, as the title says I'm asking for photos to small objects or fine prints from very near, better if it's of electronic components with labels on them as such example

Why? Because I'm thinking of buying this device and I'm looking, if it even exists in this price range, for a device that can take pictures of said objects, the reason I won't buy a camera or a more expensive phone is because I can't take a camera with me and I don't want to risk to smash an expensive phone while I have it in my pockets (manual labor )
Right now I have a P8lite 2017 and it can't focus on small objects, but it has a good battery, it's not expensive, it's fairly good to have on me while I work, sadly I have to send it to RMA 'couse the screen is starting to go yellow in a corner so I need to have it replaced while the warranty lasts.
Recomendation on other phones are also welcome
Thanks
Hey man, just buy a macro lens.
I don't know how to scale photo here, so its hidden...
I feel ashamed I haven't thought of that..thanks for the advice, really
When i try to take a photo of my window against the light i can see the window reflected on the lens and the image taken contains it. I've seen other threads mention the same issue when taking the photo of some light source, but this happens with the whole window

This effect is really visible when there is sufficient light outside. I'd like to know whether this is a hardware defect as i have only seen posts having a small circle or a dot.
Just came across this by accident in Tapatalk, but this is certainly a reflection caused by the camera's flat protective screen, which lacks an antireflective coating, to make things worse.

Oh i thought something happened to my camera lens. Then I guess there is no way to correct things. Thanks for your response
Hi guys. I got my s21 today. Soon after unboxing I noticed ugly gap between frame of the phone and the camera bump.
I took a photo and I think it´s clearly visible.
Do you guys with regular s21 have the same issue or not ? Due to covid I don’t have the oportunitty to visit retail store and check other s21.
I am kinda disappointed with this. Whole phone feels like mid range and not 900 € flagship. That plastic back was really bad choice by Samsung.

mine doesnt have such gap
as for the plastic back, i like it because i can use my phone without case
i think the way he took the picture the "gap" is magnified. my camera has a hairline gap where it connects. since my phone is black i could not notice it at first but upon careful inspection i can see it and pressing on it does make it move ever so slightly
Hello,
I have same problem. I took it to the dealership to re-glue the back cover. Very annoying problem and poor quality. I would rather have bought an iPhone 12.
