I'm new on XDA.
And also on android phones. Developers, please make a theme for Xperia go. Port TouchWiz etc. or something like that.
And
Can u make a tutorial , How to Change setting background color, I mean black color to some else. You know what i mean.

If you want to change background color go to themes and just select another theme...

i don't want to change background color. Change Image. Anyways a short thanks for the reply.

You can open the image which you want to set as the background via the 'Album' and go for options, use as and select Wallpaper.

JTC42 allowed me to edit his theme a little,so i came up with this...
-Blue top bar text
-Blue carrier text

Looks fantastic! I'm running it at the moment but I've edited it to include the resources from this theme but with the solid black statusbar still.

Basically, the theme he has posted is the newest Arc UXP theme leaked, but it has the old statusbar and text colour.
All I did was open up the systemui.apk and replace the statusbar images with my solid black ones (no gradient) and it looks great.
If you did that, but with your text colour mods, it would look amazing.
But definitely ask first!

i have a kind of a problem..i use gingerdx v022 rom, and it's great, fast and stable..there are 2 themes in theme chooser as soon as u flash the rom, a-theme and system theme..so i like some stuff from each and i was wondering if it is possible to kind of mix them toegether into 1 theme..e.g. i'd like the status and notification bars from a-theme, and font size, and settings menu icons from system theme..how would i do that?

EDIT: also, where can i download the original xperia x8 icons?

if you want to get original xperia icons
you may use the xperia arc theme from market...
and about editing the theme
first get root explorer
now with the help of root explorer open the theme apk (dont click on install)
now you will see some folders
different icons and backgrounds may be found in the "res" folder..
do not forget to press thanks if i helped
yes and the system and A-theme may be found in system/apps
you may edit them from there....

ohh okay..i'd like
-settings menu (and all other transparent menus) background changed to stock xperia's, from arc2.0 file if not make it black
-music and power control widgets transparent black
-change dialer, battery and status bar icons to touchwizzed's
-make status bar black, and if possible change settings menu icons with touchwizzed's ones
-every other thing from a-theme lite (transparent notification bar, notification power widget icons, glowing edge on menus, green ticks etc etc) other than font size..it's small, increase it

Maybe there but it could be in the framework-res.apk
FYI: cyanogenmod for instance allows u to change the color in every color the phone supports so i think its about 16.000.000 colors u may chose

Decompile SystemUI.apk and itl be in an XML file under values probably, somewhere in there, it will be a color code you have to change, it wont just say "White" lol
I know... i'm using cm7 but i dont know where to find the color XML.. someone that could help me??

So guys here i present a Small Theme ...
DefaultThemes.apk
The Theme is made in the concept of Nature... so all the contents are related to nature ...
I was not able to compile the DefaultThemes.apk as it gave me an Error of Smali Thing ... so i just changed the pngs...
NOTE: Background is not transparent it is just an illusion of it ... Changing wallpaper wont change the Background

Hi thanks for the theme, i do love it.
Anyway can you make the theme transparent?? It would be great if you make the background of messaging app, contacts and call log background transparent (currently the background can only visible in the dialer pad).

Let me present you Touchwiz UX Jelly Bean Launcher with Black app drawer background and wallpaper scrolling ON...
ONLY FOR JB
I am not a developer...I just changed some values in the seclauncher2.apk and got this. This was developed for those who
1. want scrolling wallpaper
2. and for those who gets annoyed by the transparent app drawer background when white or any faint wallpaper is set as homescreen...
It really gets hard to see the icons and the icon labels when such a whitish wallpaper is set..This is the reason I wanted it...So thought of sharing with u guys
I am posting 3 apks...Wallpaper scrolling is kept ON in all of three apks...If want to disable it let me know...
1. full black background...
2. 75 % black background...
3. 50 % black background...
HOW TO:
Pretty simple...
1. Rename /system/app/SecLauncher2.apk to Seclauncher2.apk.bkp (for backup)
2. Copy the downloaded SecLauncher2.apk in the /system/app
3. Change permission: rw-r--r--
4. Reboot. Thats it :good:
Bugs: You tell me.
Cant say whether it will work on i9070p or not as i havent tested on it yet...but it should work as the changes are not related to OS.

yes...you can use this with no problems
and its actually a very short procedure ...u just have to push and change permissions with one click...thats y
