WOULD LIKE A TESTER FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTEll
Hi all hope this is useful to you guys works on all sammy roms we think anyhow please give feedback. ...
NOW FULLY TESTED WORKS ON ANY SAMMY ROM ...... Im guessing probably Galaxy Note as well..
Hi all found this by accident I noticed I had Total Recall App from my SGS2. So anyway I ran the instalation and now I have RECORD button on my stock dialer. It was there in my previous XXELLA-BTU rom and noticed after I flashed XXELLA- Australian unbranded it was gone. So I reinstalled Total Recall and RECORD button is back 《《《《《《《
Ok now fully tested using Free Version of Total Recall *** use the total recal/call recorder version (free) not Total recal sgs2/sgs3 as I haven't tested that version of total recal
HOW TO SET UP
PHONE MUST BE ROOTED
Like Always to be 100 % safe do a nandroid back-Up
1. DOWNLOAD and FULLY install Total Recall/ call Recorder (Free Trial Version) including the system install from total recall . .please take no notice of the message from total recall saying you only have limited call recording time as u will see this is irrelevant. .
2.Reboot phone. ... After reboot call someone and check your dialer it should now have a new button Record
3 Uninstall Total Recal as the total recall install is just used to modify your SecPhone APK
4. After uninstall reboot again double check that the record button is on your dialer ..Done simple easy and efficient
IF FOR ANY REASON IT DOES NOT WORK TRY TOTAL RECALL/GALAXY NOTE FREE
Enjoy your call recording ...
Your recorded calls will be in SD storage SOUNDS folder
Works on all sammy roms from GB to JB and ZSEMA1 XXELLA Should also work on Galaxy Notes as well
★Version Total Recall / Call Recorder(FREE TRIAL VERSION) ...
Not Total Recal sgs2 sgs3★

I don't know if anyone is still interested in this topic but I am using Total Recall (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.killermobile.totalrecall.s2.trial&hl=en), It works for recording outgoing calls using a bluetooth headset. Both parties can be heard when I playback the audio file.
I'm using a Galaxy Note 4 and the new Jawbone ERA headset.

Thank you. I'm going to try this, as I've also purchased the Note 4, but would love to record both ends of the call.

I made this originally for the international Note 2 N7100 but it seems like it works on the I717 also. (I only tested it with 1 phone so there may be bugs) But it is the only Beats Audio that I have ever seen to work system-wide, from Youtube to Pandora. So after trying countless different "Beats Audio" zips on this site and not one single one working for my N7100 I have finally put together what I call Franken-Beats Audio. It takes files from all kinds of different Beats Audio zips (from the S3, the note 1, to the nexus, and S2) and now works 100% for me on my stock rooted n7100 and now the i717.
It's pretty self explanatory but here's some instructions...
Remove any previous audio mods first. It most likely won't work right with a modified kernel or other audio mods
1. Download zip below
2. Copy to SD card
3. Flash with cwm
4. Reboot
5. Settings, Sound, Music Effects, select DSPManager, Press OK.
6. Open DSPManager App, edit settings to your liking.
7. Use new "Music" app to play songs and enjoy!
*BUGS*
So far the only bug I see is that enabling "Dynamic Range Compression" lowers effect of other settings or disables them completely. Solution? Don't turn it on.
Bluetooth settings don't seem to work.
-------------------------------------------
My personal settings I enjoy using with my own Beats headphones are as follows:
Bass Boost: Enabled - Moderate
EQ: Enabled - Flat
Everything else is off
If you find any bugs feel free to report them here. I'll try to work on it but it is working fine for me right now. This may or may not work on other roms, I haven't tested it on anything but stock rooted N7100.
Thanks to everyone who supplied me with the files around this forum used to create my Franken-Beats

It is working well on an unrooted Note 3 but I have not tested it on the Note 10.1 2014. Hope someone could test it and give some feedback (will much appreciate).
App's name is MW-PEN APP ENABLER and can be downloaded from the following Note 3 thread: THREAD LINK
Also available on the Play Store:
As this is intended for NON-ROOTED devices, there are some limitations which is discussed on the Note 3 thread link mentioned above.

These are modified and unupdateble apks anymore so that it can be used as multiwindowed and spenwindowed .

I believe so, but trust me its well worth it since you won't have to go through rooting your tablet just so you can get this option. Ive been using it for a couple of days and have not noticed any unusual lag from these apps while on multi window, it's all working great.

Do wish it were able to support more applications. Tapatalk, Documents To Go, Hawaii Weather Now are on my wish list.
As a reminder, the installed application has to be uninstalled as part of the process and settings, databases, et cetera will probably be lost.

S5 build.prop? Means you have S5 UI? It doesn't matters whether you are on S5 or N2. Whr did you had FC because there shouldn't be any as I already tested it bunch of times and on several devices.

Yes I have S5 UI. I just tried and forced close. Maybe device specific issue I guessed. So I just reported.

It remains stuck on initial screen and does not even ask for root permissions. DN3 v5.2
Tried reinstalling and data clear.

Means it doesn't responds to clicks? And it will ask for root perm if you enable any one of the feature. Try reinstalling it from PlayStore. If problem still persists, send me a logcat.
