Because its not about software, its also a hardware update. You could have answered this easily yourself with a quick google search and comparison between devices.

True. I doubt Samsung would just release an 'upgraded phone' like a S2 Plus without naming the reason why. Please search the next time you have a question.

i can guarantee that nearly any question you can think of has already been asked, xda search isnt the best but google always serves me well
