How do i root my Samsung Galaxy s2 Straight Talk model: SGH-S959G.
I have never rooted phone before. Please provide me the links and instruction on how to root it so i can get it unlocked too by downloading a app but it requires the phone to be rooted.

Hello I just got the Samsung Galaxy S2 from bell and I was wondering if there is a step by step guide out for rooting and unlocking the Sim so I can use this on Rogers?
1) Root the phone using CFROOT/ you will have to flash a custom "rooted kernel" , search for CFroot and thats how you root. Beware that once u flash the rooted kernel theres no way to go back to the bell kernel
2) install galaxy s unlock by helroz from the market, it works perfect and will unlock the phone for free.

I've seen one guy on craigslist trying to profit $100 from an unlocked phone... good luck with that heh.
Thanks for the help no I'm not looking for profit I was using a blackberry for years but decided to try android so I looked around for a great android phone and this is the one I decided to get but I'm on Rogers so I needed to unlock it so I can use it.

t app from market but the message is " no key found". Any advice pls?
You probably used Galaxy S2 unlock. That one doesn't work. Use Galaxy S unlock. It'll crash the phone at step 2 but you'll restart into an unlocked phone.

Hi there guys i want to root my Samsung galaxy S3, i only got it a few days ago but i would like to have more system access, however the s3 i have is a uk version on the network 3, and the baseband version on i9300NEDI1 on the latest update jelly bean. model number GT-19300, i cant seam to find a tutorial for this version of my phone to root my phone, can anyone please help?

so even though it doesnt mention that it is for jelly bean the phone shouldnt get bricked, sorry for sounding all nooby, i have always had a iphone

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II model SGH-I317M from Bell and i want to root it ONLY.
I DON'T want to install stock android or any other ROMs or MODs for now. I just want to root it so I can use some specific apps that requires root access and still want to keep TouchWiz.
So can someone please explain to me how you do it and give me the link. I also want to know if that will avoid my warranty and will I still get updates from Samsung and Bell. And if I will get updates, do I need to root my phone again after the update. Is it also possible to brick my phone during this process? And is bricking reversible?

I have been looking every were on how to root this device I figured if anyone would know you guys would. Can anyone tell me if this device can be rooted?

I used KingRoot 4.0.2
Has anyone else had any luck with this? I have a G750a on baseband G750AUCU2AOEA. I've tried Kingroot 4.0.2 and 4.5. I've also tried srsroot as they claim to have it woking on my version, but apparently not. Just remounts the file system as RO. A friend of mine recently bought a used Mega2 and rooted it immediately with KingRoot 4.0.2. He has a baseband of G750AUCU1ANL1. Is there any way I can reflash mine back down, or anything? I've had root on all of my Android phones over the years, but this one is about to drive me insane. I think I missed a small window of KingRoot being available and an automatic update that I couldn't cancel because of not having root. Thanks for your help, and hope you all have a good day!

Hi I finally got the g750a to root by chance . only with king root. it wont update SU binaries,with super su, but aleast its rooted.
And unlocked .
I have a G750a on baseband G750AUCU2AOEA king root nothing else is working either ...................
