2. Boot into recovery
3. Create a backup
4. Factory reset device and wipe /System and Dalvik Cache
5. Install zip from SD card
6.Reboot phone
7.Go back to recovery and flash Gapps

[ROM]MIUIAndroid v4.1 3.1.25 W/Control Panel Suite
Q. Why am I bootlooping?
A. I don't know? What did you do? Make sure the MD5 codes match on your download and the one provided here. Also make sure that you didn't flash MODS from a Previous Build on to this one.
Q. Why doesn't xxx work?
A. Either it got broken in CM10 or we did something wrong.. Send us a logcat!
Q. Why is MIUI and or the CM base out of date?
A. Because we go off of Stability, not dates.
Q. When will the next update come out?
A. Never if you ask. x)
Q. Why doesn't this have an App Drawer?
A. It's MIUI. MIUI does not have an app drawer on the stock launcher, however you can download a new launcher off of the market or use the included toolkit to add a optional "app drawer" in the corner.
Q. Why doesn't SMS Rotation Work?
A. It doesn't work on MIUI by default. The 'designer' wasn't satisfied with the way it operated and or looked so it was removed.
Q. Can you make it (MMS.apk) rotate?
A. We're currently working on it.
Q. Why doesn't the messaging app discriminate phone labels?
A. Stock MIUI thing. We may consider revisions once stability is fully in place.
Q. How do I get rid of the dual signal bars?
A. Change the theme to one that doesn't have both.
Q. Can I mirror this for a pal?
A. Please do not mirror our work.
Q. Help! I'm new to MIUI. How do I use this?
A. Check out MIUIAndroid's website or the official MIUI website
Q. Can I get the stock touchwiz lockscreen back?
A. No. Unless it's in someone's theme.
Q. I don't like a stock MIUI feature. Can you guys change it?
A. We'd rather not. We'd like to keep this ROM as much 'stock' MIUI as possible. Maybe a MOD later, but now now.
Q. Why doesn't NFC work? You said it does.
A. It only will work if you're coming from ICS Touchwiz, not Jellybean. Full fix is in the works.
Q. Something is broken in CM, can I complain that it doesn't work on MIUI?
A. While you're technically free to say whatever you want, we'd prefer users not to. If any, complain to CM, not us please.
Q. Where can I find a 100% stable ROM?
A. Touchwiz.

Roms up m8 let me know what works and what doesnt havent tested it yet but i guarantee it should boot (hopefully lol)

Stuck on splash screen or bootlooping? And a logcat would really help. I probably broke it when i added Control Panel

Uploading a new one. SHOULD have launcher issues resolved its a shelld error and data working. If launcher isnt working still could you get me a log also can you get me a log for camera FC. No MIUI apps will work till shelld error is resolved btw
