How to restore HTC Radar to original state - HTC Radar

Now that 7.8 update is coming I'd like to restore my HTC radar to original state.
How shall I proceed to?
At the moment has hspl and custom rom installed.
Thanks in advance

1. Flash stock ROM via RUU.
-=OR=-
Run HSPL wizard and choose "2.05 - OSPL" to restore stock SPL.
2. Do not forget to make poker face in repair center!

Thanks so much for reply but where do i get stock rom?
As I've read on posts the ones in the forum brick phones. ..
EDIT: Already installed SPL but it gets stuck in HTC bootloop
Enviado desde mi GT-I9300 usando Tapatalk 2

Whats so special about the OTA update? as compared to the custom 7.8 roms, the update lacks bluetooth support, homebrew app cannot be installed, no office update, no nokia apps limitations and locked OS. Hopefully OTA update based custom roms sprout soon.

Indeed but I want stock on it at the moment.
Any fix for the bootloop?
Thanks

radio?

Well I'm not sure about it.
When i restored spl, it was still having custom rom, so I was thinking, will restore spl be enought to get stock again?
Also, is possible to flash radios with spl?
Thanks

Sony Reset Me, why?

So i had a custom rom on my xgo, also it was obviously rooted. I used to connect it to the usb port all the time to transfer stuff, but today i connected it to my pc and it said it has an update available, so i was like hey i kind of wanted the stock rom to be installed again, so i said sure. The update (obviously) installed stock rom, but more importantly, it removed my root. Why was that, is sony changing their minds on the rooting community?

the update that you did was stock rom? so was it is normal that happens, companies do not like the users have root access because we will can not uninstalled factory apps.
This is your question? I apologize if I misunderstood

Hi, i actually managed to fix the problem.
What i did was turn the phone off with the OFF key in sd card slot, after that connect phone to pc, in flashtool select flashmode and i successfully flashed firmware 26.1.a.1.128
I tried to do this almost 5 times and it never works for me, and my way to turning off tge device is holding volume up+power button because that Off button in the SD slot don't works in my case

I have for few days the same bootloop on my m4 . Issue started when wifi not worked suddenly and restarted. I found that if i slightly bend(twist) the phone it will boot and works for some time but doing again the same thing.
I suppose that the phone have something loose inside due to my rear jeans pocket where i keep it and maybe being bent.
The phone is in like new condition, no scratches or cracks.
Today i've send it to waranty service. I hope they'll fix it.
Any solution????
I'm very happy now. I was a little concerned about the warranty since the fw was reflashed by me with a generic one via flashtool. No trouble here.
Phone arrived from service, on repair sheet sais: phone motherboard defective, exchanged with a new one due to out of stock of parts.
Bootloader changed from unlock allow- no to unlock allow-yes and whithout operator simlock, and generic central europe fw, no more vodafone bloatware.

Root moto z Nougat (in progress)

A) My device is unlocked.
B) I'm running the Verizon firm on a Retla moto Z .
C) My first step was boot into twrp recovery (3.0.2).
D) Can't pass the unencrypt data page, so I can't flash the magisk-7 or SuperSU 2.76, every time when I wrote the password to unencrypt, two throw me a "invalid password".
E) Can't make an unencrypted kernel cause I haven't the Nougat firmware.
That's all folks, as u can see is a work in progress.
Any suggestions???

1) TWRP boot fine from ADB with locked bootloader? Is it signed?
2) Can you post screenshot of the error?
3) Can you format /data from TWRP?
4) Patch for unencrypted kernel should work on Nougat too...
In my opinion the main problem is that even if you can root it on unlocked retla, it's not said/probable that this then works and/or can be flashed on real Verizon hardware with locked bootloader...

1 my bootloader is unlocked, as u can read previously I'm running Verizon firm on a retla device.
2 can't take a screenshot cause twrp doesn't have permission to access the memory to save the image.
3 can't access twrp menu cause can't pass the unencrypt page
4 can't patch a kernel cause the Nougat firmware file isn't posted anywhere yet.

Actually Verizon firmware is very sensitive if you mount system partition as R/W or patch force encryption or install any custom kernel
Rom will crash and doesn't boot, if boot, sim card or wifi won't work (in my device)
So I think back to Eu is best option
I wasn't EU, and u can't downgrade so easily, im OK with Verizon from, is like any other, I'm just trying to root Nougat.
Thx

Easy, just flash the MM Verizon firmware, then go to system update and the OTA will appear.
I'm running it also with dual sim.

[SOLVED] Sailfish X back to stock?

Hi everyone,
I've recently gotten an Xperia X which I've been using with Sailfish OS, which I've been very happy with.
Sadly I've been having what seems to be a battery issue, and so ideally I need to return it to the seller as a faulty, however as I've unlocked it and installed a new OS I'm weary of this causing awkwardness with the return.
My plan is to try and get it back to stock if possible. I'd ideally like to re-lock the bootloader but understand that I'm not supposed to be able to do this!
My problem is that I don't have any machines running Windows, so could do with a way to flash a completely stock rom that can be done via Linux. I also want to run stock for a day or so to make sure my issue isn't being caused by Sailfish (I've spoken to a few Sailfish X users and none of them have this issue so I'm not hopeful).
Can anyone advise on the best way to get my phone in a generally stock condition?

I didn't unfortunately no. I'm not an expert at this by any means but would it be possible to find and download a full (stock) backup online and flash it? I've also been looking for stock Sony Android rom's to flash on, but with an unlocked bootloader these don't get OTA's so I'm not really sure if I'd be getting the latest and greatest.

Well... You can flash stock rom, but you won't be able to receive OTA updates, I think that there are roms based on stock roms with drm keys fix on the forum, I recommend you to search and try

I'm not overly worried about OTA updates - just getting rid of the warning on boot, to put my phone back to a completely 'stock' looking setup!
OK so it looks like the fix was far simpler than I was expecting!
I used the xperia-flashtool software, hit the BLU button (usually for bootloader unlocking) and it gave me the option to re-lock it. Job done!

Global ROM with 9.5.1.0 was installed to chiniese phone by seller from ali express, mi global store, you can check it there. And all data ok
If that is the truth then it is wonderful. If anyone has tried installation successfully please guide to everyone. Unfortunately I can not unlock the bootloader because there is not enough time to wait.
