Has anyone used bluetooth keyboard and mouse with this phone?
L9 doesn't support usb otg, well at least the kernel doesn't. If you know what I mean.

I know it doesn't but my question is about bluetooth.
I tried bluetooth keyboard, everything works great. Don't know about the bluetooth mouse. Why do you need it?

R: Bluetooth keyboard mouse
I tried bluetooth keyboard with a little touchpad and is great. Writing works fine. What about mouse?
It's awensome because a small arrow appear when i touched the pad!
A small desktop in your hand!
Just one thing about keyboard... The softkeys of the phone are mapped in a strange way and i have to search the right combination for a while

use pc for mouse Sorry.... was kidding.
As per L9 spec... we have BlueTooth Version 4.0 (GAP, A2DP, AVRCP, FTP, HFP, HSP, OPP, SPP, PBAP,HID). You can use almost any device which supports these standards. Any BT Device which can be recognized as Human Interface Device (HID) can be used, including mouse. It will work exactly like your old BT keyboard with old phone. No change.

The fact is nobody asked this for mouse before, hence you are first person (in my life) who is interested in connecting mouse to touchscreen smartphone. You can go ahead and make a history....

Has anyone successfully run a BT keyboard, mouse, and headset while in webtop mode? I'm curious what the Atrix will sync with all at the same time and what brand(s) to purchase...
Yes. I had my old school Jawbone on, along with my Micro$oft Bluetooth Mobile 6000 keyboard+keypad, and a Connectland MS-173-BT mouse. They all worked just fine in webtop mode.
Awesome news. Found some pretty good prices for bluetooth mice/keyboards online.
Motorola actually has their own bluetooth keyboard marketed for Xoom/Atrix.

Has Android Home Back Menu and Search Buttons integrated. Kind of expensive though.
yep my bt keyboard worked perfectly

I have a Nexus Galaxy, I'm wondering if it's possible to connect a BT mouse to it and what app I'd need to use to help pair them?
Thanks!

Because I have HDMI out and it would allow me to [easily] control the phone from a distance.
I've got a GN and a Bluetooth mouse and they work together just fine. Pair with the mouse from within the Bluetooth settins thingy and it'll be good to go. Same with the Bluetooth keyboard I got.

You're right - my BT mouse worked without having to setup anything additional, no extra apps, I just went to the Blue Tooth screen, enabled it and it found the mouse right away!
FYI - mouse was nothing special, just an extra one I had laying around from my old Dell, turns out the other mice I was testing with weren't actually BT, that was the disconnect!
Thanks!
I'm trying to use the Rezound like a mobile pc (eg. being able to output to a monitor, connect a portable BT keyboard, and BT mouse functionality). Then I can use it anywhere to take notes, browse, or do work via teamviewer or Logmein like a desktop.
I have the MHL>HDMI out to my monitor, looks awesome.
I have my portable stowawy BT keyboard (from my PDA days) paired to the Rezound using KeyPro app.
Both good so far... haven't fully tested the all the setup on the KeyPro app; but all the letters and numbers work for quick typing on the BT keyboard.
Paired/connected the Dell BT travel mouse with the rezound; but no mouse pointer...
This is my only drawback.
Is there an app that will get the BT mouse to function like a mouse (eg. with the mouse pointer) on the rezound?
If I get it to work, then I don't need to carry my notebook... generally, I can use the MHL>HDMI out (works), BT keyboard (works), and BT mouse (currently paired/connected but not working correctly).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I'm on Ineffabilis v1.0 GB Rom and dbs9938 kernel if that's relevant.
I believe your problem is that anything below honeycomb doesn't include a pointer/cursor because it's a phone OS, not a tablet OS. To get a cursor you'd most likely need to flash an ICS rom in order to get a cursor.

I guess you're right, either ICS or CM which isn't available at the moment for rezound. Was hoping an app or mod as i have seen lower OS with CM have this feature. Thanks.

There is ICS for the rezound... I have been on it for almost a month.
So have I. Nils is very stable.
I have a aluminium apple bluetooth keyboard. When I connect it to my tablet I put in the passcode to pair it and then check the box to use it as an input device, but when I go to type anywhere it doesn't do anything and the touchscreen keyboard comes up. I have tried the tablet with a wired keyboard, which works fine.
Thats odd. Ive paired mine as you and when i press any key the internal keyboard goes off. Are you sure you have set it up as the default keyboard?
How do I do this? In language and input I can only choose standard keyboard as the default.
YOU must type the correct Numbercode and hit the Enter Button on the Keyboard. This works i hope

I have an Apple Bluetooth Keyboard and want to use it with my Xperia Tablet S 32gb,
I input the 4 digit code and it pairs, but it doesn't input anything. Strangely, it works on my Xperia S mobile phone!
I posted here about it! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1908522
If you have any ideas, please can you post for me?

Hey there, I do believe this comes down to incompatibilities with the version of bluetooth supported. Eg my my bluetooth mouse works on my laptop and galaxy s 2, but not my tablet s. My bluetooth key board which I know to be bluetooth 2.0 works fine on all. No idea what the mouse is, it was just a cheapo one with limited specs available. Wroks great on compatible devices though
Hi DreadPirateDan!
thanks for your reply,

I understand a bit about Bluetooth Human Interface Device Profile (HID) and wonder if some genius has worked out a way to get these to work together..
But guess I will have to give up! I have the case with keyboard for the Xperia Tablet S but the viewing angle is not good for me. Maybe I will find a cheap Bluetooth keyboard.
The Sony one - http://www.sony.co.uk/product/other-sony-tablet-accessories/sgp-wkb1 is a bit too pricey!

The Tablet S doesn't support Apple Bluetooth keyboard is because the kernel excluded module hid-apple. You can root your tablet to support it.

I not sure whether to root yet. Only experience is with my Samsung 7" tablet, and that must be 2 years ago now...
Then I am not sure how to add the correct Bluetooth profile!
Lots of reading and research to do!

Has anyone else installed latest milaq ROM to find Bluetooth is now available. I tried connecting HP touchpad keyboard but it doesn't work yet.

Audio hardware works, but keyboard devices do not. We have to wait for it....a while, I think.
I'm tempted to see if it will pair with my iCade, but if it doesn't with the keyboard my guess is output devices work but input does not. And I don't wanna do the partition expansion and flashing until we get bt in full.

I paired CM11(Milaq) to win7-64bit, NokiaC7 phone and NokiaLumia800 phones. Bluetooth pairing was fine but sending or receiving files does not work. Devices are recognized but nothing is moving around. Must use cloud storages between devices for time being.
Build 02-10-14...can pair/connect my HP wireless keyboard, Logitech BT keyboard as well as Plantronics headset and send/receive files via BT.
