Anyone knows which version of Android browser has browser tab and supports flash.
All the tablets have it so why didn't Google or Samsung include it for phablet?

Because Adobe dropped support for flash player.
You can hack it back in... I did with dolphin browser, which has tabbed browsing btw.

How did you get it to work with Dolphin? I thought that the flash plug-in option is disable?

Flash Player on Dolphin Browser HD
1) Install Adobe Flash Player.
2) Go into the root of your phones file system and find the "/data/data/mobi.geek.TunnyBrowser/shared_prefs" folder and delete "installed_plug_pref.xml" and "mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser_preferences.xml".
3) Dolphin Flash enabled (always on).
4) Go into the properties of the "shared_prefs" folder and uncheck the write option, so that the settings can no be reverted.

Im on a stock Sammy rom, using the stock browser. Flash videos load and play fine, switch to fullscreen fine. When i exit fullscreen tje browser closes.
So if samsung support it, why doesn't it work? Or if they don't, why does it work at all?

Jelly bean doesn't officially support flash player but devs have found a way round it, search in "android development and hacking" then "apps and games" apparently it works with stock browser and dolphin browser only!

Just type flash apk xda into Google . Download the latest one you can find and install. It works with stock and boat browser and dolphin browser if you can access root and delete preferences xml
Here's a flash apk for you

Flash stopped supporting android in ics.
You can try installing an archive version (scroll to android 4.0)

It does work but you need to download a browser that will support the flash plugin. Since flash player is no longer supported the browsers on the phone dont support the plugin. Go to the market and download Dolphin browser.
Forgot to add that if you use Dolphin browser you need to go into the settings...web content...and turn flash on.
Firefox works too but it takes up much more space.
thanks will try that.

No Chrome for Android doesn't support flash they have switched to HTML5 since flash ended android support. All the new phones and upcoming phone browsers wont support flash plugin. You need to download a browser from the market that supports flash like Dolphin, Firefox, etc.

Kinda sux that i have to use another browser, but I guess I'll just deal with it.
I know flash worked with the stock browser on the Note 2, got no choice but to deal with it now.
Thank a lot
What's the best browser nowadays that still supports Flash? Chrome, stock and Opera Classic won't play Flash content.
Edit: Firefox is working well with Flash.

Found this app digging around online. Works great. Just install as regular app and make sure whatever browser youre using you have user agent set to desktop and flash player set to ondemand. Works with latest dolphin browser. Not sure it works with stock browser. I never use it.
!!!MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ADBLOCKER TURNED OFF OR IT WILL KILL FLASH FUNCTION!!! At least my hosts file did. Check in system/etc for host file.

By all means. Its the only one I found that actually worked. I mustve tried 10 different flashplayer files. Im not very pleased with the mobile format theyve gone to for streaming videos. Anyway, let me know how it worked out for you. Oh, did you check out the font app again? I remade it and put a bunch of other fonts in it. More than id ever care to use.

Puffin browser also works on KitKat with flash capabilities. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudmosa.puffinFree
I use Boat Browser since I love the real full screen function but if a flash video comes on that I want to watch I switch over to Puffin browser and it works like a charm.

Ya I've been using boat as well. Puffin is OK but they turn their flash capabilities off at peak usage hours for non paying users last I read. Fast browser though.
