Flash stopped supporting android in ics.
You can try installing an archive version (scroll to android 4.0)

Could you give more info about your problem. Try to explain the situation and in detail your moves. If you cant open webpage give a link then someone can check this. There may be a lot of things so be clear. Btw hi everyone
Yeah, when I go to certain websites like http://almoproav.com it says ''Content on this page requires a newer version of Adobe Flash Player''
Then I click on the adobe link and it takes me to Google Play and instead of '' install now'' it says ''update''. I click on update, go back to that website and still get ''Content on this page requires a newer version of Adobe Flash Player''
Help!!!!!!

In stock browser at right upper corner you have 3 vertical dots. Tap on it. then settings -> advanced -> enable java script must be thick, enable plugins always on. You should now open flash animation on this page. If not uninstall all installed flash players and install only one. There is no need to have it both ( or I misinterpreted sth) Check if its ok. If not force desktop view. To do this you must write down about:debug sentence on adress of site to enable extra options. Then go settings -> debug-> ua string . You will have there android, desktop, iphone, ipad, etc. Try change between this and refresh site. That should help
Update.....
I just realized that it only happens with Google Chrome.... When I use Sony web browser it works just fine...
Why is this??.

I'm on Blackstar VII ROM. I have stock browser Boat and Dolphin. It shows I have flash downloaded from the ROM but the browsers do not recognise it. I used to be able to watch the videos in the webpage (like ESPN) but now the videos have to be downloaded. I was wondering why?
I know adobe stopped flash support and format currently nothing for JB. This ROM is ICS. I did some searching and didn't find much on this topic. I'm just wondering what others are doing.
Thanks foe the time.

can you go into apps and get the flash version ### ??
maybe it need to be "injected" a newer version ( ICS of course )
Im on a stock Sammy rom, using the stock browser. Flash videos load and play fine, switch to fullscreen fine. When i exit fullscreen tje browser closes.
So if samsung support it, why doesn't it work? Or if they don't, why does it work at all?

Jelly bean doesn't officially support flash player but devs have found a way round it, search in "android development and hacking" then "apps and games" apparently it works with stock browser and dolphin browser only!

Just type flash apk xda into Google . Download the latest one you can find and install. It works with stock and boat browser and dolphin browser if you can access root and delete preferences xml
Here's a flash apk for you

For a start what is the exact problem? And second what version of Android are you using? Flash can be problematic on JB because it's not officially supported now.
YouTube works because I believe it can use HTML 5 which updated Android browsers support

Hi guys, I use VIPBox all the time for games on my tablet. I dont get any issues. Make sure you use the original vipbox .(vipleague.se) theres a few fake copies that arent as good and i'm unsure if that may have any effect on the browser. :victory:
Coming from an Inspire I had no idea that flash wad no longer supported past 4.0, and I thought I wouldn't need it with browsers like chrome and Firefox. What are people using instead to get flash on sites that require it?

Try this thread. Download and install the apk. It will not work in all browsers because they don't support it anymore, but you can find some older versions through Google search and use those. The thread has an older version of Dolphin listed for download.

Isn't flash player built into the stock browser?
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
Yes, flash is already installed. You will need to go to stock browser settings and enable.
I use Maxthon browser if i need to view flash websites. Doesn't work with Dolphin though.
