The negatives for you are (as you want a light one)
Go, next, tsf, spb, 91 panda home...
These are ram eaters...

That, I guess, is a different story. But we still need a system dump.

The problem isn't the ROM, but the launcher that stays on a bugged UI while on Tablet mode.
Guys I am thinking of switching to some other rom currently am wid miui.....its gr8 I know!!!!...but no offense kinda slow when compared to other roms.....
Can u guys pls suggest me a lite rom...which has a diff UI.....Coz most of the roms have the same UI
Cyanogenmod
Sent from my ST15i using xda app-developers app

But cyn mod has a very sony like ui.....so can u suggest something else??
lewa base on cm7 but different ui

What exactly do u mean by light?
Jb stilll has a couple of bugs...
Gb is lighter than ICS generally
If u still want ICS go for AOSP styled roms like unlimied or delicious sandwich.

The best paid launcher in my opinion is Nova launcher, try the free version and you'll see,It's very customizable, light and fast and has a nice design.
If your into free launchers you should totally check out Next launcher beta, it's looks very nice,it's custumizable and it has some awsome effects

I tried everything and always come back to stock... Somehow it's just the best for me.... And I'm addicted to walkman and stock notes widget so that's one of the reasons. With new update, stock launcher is really smooth so I've lost every reason to try another alternative...
trebuchet launcher
Holo

GO FOR APEX launcher..BEST IN MARKET....But ONLy ICS
APEX
Primo Launcher is the best Launcher I've ever used.
Better than APEX, NOVA and HOLO.
It has all functionalities of premium version of these launchers.
Must give a try, it's FREE (Get all paid features for Free)

Hey all ,,
Just want to ask why my phone UI is laggy ( i use xperia Z launcher v3.5 ) but games are so smooth like in gingerbread
Iam using xperia ultimate hd 3.0.2
Is it a known bug from.ics ? If yes can this be fixed ?
In jb i dont have a laggy UI i mean homescreen and drawer

Tested this launcher on my fathers lg 2x optimus speed with official ics ( it is also laggy like our ics ) and it runs totally smooth :/ i cant understand this

But i think yes,GB best, 2nd JB (sola don't have official JB,unofficial got but gaming not so good)
did anyone tried gaming on gingerbread?
gb and ics
GB(mostly) and ICS where u can use Chainfire3d to play compatible and some incompatible games with custom driver. root of course. i tried play nfs most wanted on my Xperia go with SDDATA from my friend htc ONE X(nvidia tegra2 gpu) , becoz i dont want to download my own(mali) sddata, so in chainfire i choose to use nvidia gpu driver, it worked! , it would be black display without correct driver.

Sent from my C6603 using xda app-developers app
now using jb too on xgo, 12 percent battery left at midnight, woke up in the morning have about 9 percent more, i play games like nfs and surfing the net too, about 2-3 hours a day, charge my phone for every 2 days.
Pandemic, jb sure it's good in devices with 1 gb ram but for our low end devices with 512 mb, it's nit that good plus some pieces of hardware don't work.
Sent from my ST25i using xda app-developers app
Simple, Flash a custom ROM like simplebean or Super JB and install the phantom Kernel.. overclock your device to 1.15GHz and play away till your battery dies... oh and superJB saves battery life..
BTW the new aosp ROM by devswift gives 220 mb free ram along with awesome gaming performance. Gof2 without any lags..
