white....purple.....violet....cyan.....black (i cant count ) good luck

A darker shade of blue would be great.
By the way, will the rom be for locked bootloaders? :laugh:

I want to make it beautiful before I release it and more tweaks and mods will come with time...
It is based on official GB 2.3.4 and it's made for performance (*) with minimum drawbacks, thus it won't be supported on locked bootloaders, because on custom kernels you get the optimum performance. I may support locked too. Here are some pics of max free ram and average free ram:
Maximum:

Normal/Average:
(*) With CPU clocked at max 460, min 245 and conservative it's still buttery smooth like project butter in jelly bean. Imagine what will happen on higher frequencies and other governors. Just wait...

[Q] Overclock and SetCPU configure

Hi,
I got Alien #3 ROM with faux123 1.1GHZ OC kernel.
Now the only thing i need to do is install SetCPU and set the max to 1100\minimum to 216 and check the "Set on boot" checkbox ?
Thanks.
Don't set on boot int'l you're sure its stable
Sent from my GT-P1000 using Tapatalk
1100/216 is perfectly stable. Very mild OC and the one everyone is using. If you are going to play with undervolting, or in the future are going to OC the CPU more as the ability to do so arises, then you will definitely want to ensure stability before setting anything to set on boot.
Is that profile good and should i add more ?

What are some good volatages to use for undervolting?

Start with -50 across the board then push it if its stable. Lower speeds.can.bbtake more. Note 100 is the most it will handle currently

[Q] Hellraised ROMs

I've been considering flashing and hellraising a ROM from the original galaxy s2 and have been wondering which ROM would be best. With performance, battery life and UI into consideration. Thanks in advance

Definately the turkbey rom. Has awesome graphics and has been working without a problem for me. I have tested it with Entropy's kernel and currently testing siyah and it works awesome with either one.
Battery life is good as long as you don't have any of the battery draining apps installed or controlled.

I would give Villain Rom a try. Its based on KI3(2.3.5) and its rock solid! Battery is stellar, no wifi bugs/issues. It hasn't been updated in a while but for good reason, new doesn't always mean better
It doesn't have a flashy theme or anything(you can change that if you want) but performs great, fast and stable.
There are a lot of nice Roms in the I9100 forums. I've tried a few of them(Crysis 2.0, Turkbey Rom) but keep coming back to Villain 3.0
Only you will be able to tell what one works best on your device. Each device is different

[Q] SETCPU???

Does Setcpu work on the S3?
Yep.
I'm using it

What kind of settings are working for you? I'm not really looking to overclock much, more for better battery life without sacrificing speed.
Thanks

Thanks, got it up and running. I just didn't know if I had to worry about the dual processors or anything weird like that.

You're generally not able to overclock with a standard ROM (even with SETCPU), although you CAN underclock to get better battery life. You shouldn't expect better battery life without sacrificing speed as they are inversely related. In other words, higher speed = lower battery life while lower speed = higher battery life.

????????????????????? ANYBODY
You should just try setting some profiles to see what you like. I don't get too crazy with profiles... I will undervolt for charging and screen off but that's about it.

4 cores online, only 1 working

I shutdown/sleep the cores when Im not using some high resources apps, but when I turn them back on, only 1 is working and the rest are still idle. And I've to restart the phone to make them back to normal. It looks like this

"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Can someone tell me why and a way to solve this problem without restarting my phone?
Im using stock kernal with MIUI V5 ROM, the apps I use to tweak my phone is Kernel Turner.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Why are you using this app? The kernel governor does this by default anyway. This app will just cause you problems.
If you use a kernel like Devil with Devil tools, or Set CPU.... you can tweak under what load the cores come up or go down. You don't need this app.
Mostly because the phone is draining battery very fast. So I decide to shutdown the cores myself. I didn't knew it would cause me so much problems
