Yes. I ditched it and use tapatalk now.
Mine stops responding and force closes every now and then. I have no issue with images though.

I bought the XDA app just to support the forum, but I use Tapatalk so 1 app for all forums. Its buggy too from time to time for me with images - a refresh usually will load them.
unlocked Note2 and Tapatalk
It's working fine for me using this app.

Just use tapatalk, XDA is just a dedicated tapatalk app... kinda pointless so I just use tapatalk, search for xda, login and it works the same.In fact I'm using it right now.

SETTINGS-->GENERAL SETTINGS-->ARCHIVE & DELETE ACTIONS--> "show delete" or "show archive & delete" is what you need to get your trash can back!
The 'thanks' forum feature is supposed to eliminate the need for posts just to say thanks. Just sayin'

Did you check to make sure it is syncing? Mine got unchecked somehow and I didnt even realize I wasnt getting them till I read your post lol

There were some apps that used to do that but they don't work anymore, AFAIK now days the app has to be edited to not check for root.

Someone here started a thread a while back about the genie app from directv. That app wouldn't work on rooted devices but that guy fixed that. So this could probably be done, just a matter of finding someone that can do it.
Edit: Try using Hide My Root from the play store.

The payed supersu...that is if you are using supersu...has a toggle in the settings to enable and disable supersu for that reason

Is anyone else out there having issues with the XDA app force closing on you? I am running Beans /Alliance build 24 right now but have tried other roms and have the same issue. I'm a noob on this forum according to xda but know my way around android and Linux. Any help would be apprieciate.

Maybe The paid app will be better. I thought I paid for this app but I see that some of the posts here have sent from paid xda app. I'll have to look into it. If that helps it's worth it to me.
