Na, it would be slow since it is QEMU but faster then Windows XP booting up.

There's an apps that would allowed u to "stream" your windows. Something like remote desktop over your local wifi. It would work even if ur pc doesn't have touch screen

Xperia is native Android, Ubuntu would be a mod, not native to Xperia.

If you mean install a custom ROM then yes. But you can't just uninstall the Android Operating System, and install say Windows it doesn't work like that.
