You need flashtool, put the stock rom.ftf in flashtool/firmwares and just flash the official stock rom via flashtool mate.
Thank you so much. I had actually done the boot loader unlock, will I have to do something about it , I had changed kernel also I think during the procedure,

It doesnt matter your bootloader is unlocked, just flash the original sony rom and thats it. The kernel is inside of it.
Search xperia p section and you will find the rom buddy.
Got it dudes, I got it, everything is fine now
Thousand thanks...

Thanx...
Do I need to root seperately??
Sent from my ST25i using xda premium
Not sure what you meant mate. If your rom is already rooted, flashing a kernel wont change it
Ya I know
But I was just asking,
Was thinking to flash it over stock!!
Sent from my ST25i using xda premium
you will not lose root unless you flash a stock .ftf file or a rom that (somehow) is not pre rooted

BUT YOU ALREADY HAVE CM KERNEL !
The best way is to flash back !
Your backup won't handle the kernel

AW: Want to downgrade from cm to stock NEO V
The kernel you need depends on your rom you used while you took the bandroid backup.
You should remember if it was a GB or ICS rom.
Possible kernels can be found at the stickys here at neo forum.
