Either JTAG repair or MB replacement by Samsung/authorised repairer or get a board from a broken/donor phone & either replace it yourself or have a local mobile shop swap it out for you.

Is there any place in Scotland n Edinburgh were i live this can be done?
No idea. I don't live anywhere near Scotland. Do a Google search for JTAG repairers (or look here ). If replacing the motherboard ends up being the only option (if the phone can't be JTAG'd), either pay Samsung/authorised repairer to replace it or get one from a broken phone (Google search/eBay/etc) & DIY/pay a local mobile shop to swap the boards out, as per my PP.
Or maybe TheUnderling will read this & he might know (of JTAG repairers in Scotland). He's in Aberdeen from memory (I wouldn't PM him if I were you tho; he'd probably/quite rightly delete your PM).

Its hard to find working main boards. Quickest way is to get it repaired by samsung service centers. But it will almost cost you as same as getting a second hand GS2. If you are willing to take a risk you can buy screen damaged phones on ebay and use its motherboard. Decision is up to you
i can't find any screen damaged phone on ebay or amazon

Then you should take your phone to samsung and ask for the price of a mb replacement
Nothing new .. still searching
and samsung agency on my country told me the board coasts 90% from the price of the phone as new
so , i should end my searching or there's any hope ?
You've already been told either eBay/Amazon for busted phone or Samsung/authorised repairer (who will charge you labour to install said MB; Samsung won't sell you one for obvious reasons, as you've found out)
What more are you expecting anyone here to tell you that you haven't already been told ? You were told those options because they're the options anyone who visits here in your situation would look at (I know I'd be looking for a 'donor'/broken phone first, then I'd be biting the bullet & either paying Samsung to fix it or get a new phone).
Posting here again in the hope this has somehow changed over the past week isn't going to make it so.
I've broke the screen of my S2. It doesn't show anything!
I will get it fixed by official Samsung service.
The problem is that I am rooted and they will see it and I am going to lose my remaining 1-year warranty.
I've found some guidelines to unroot it from the PC using ODIN (no need for the screen of S2 to work):
However, I must also reset the flash counter. Is that possible without seeing the mobile's screen??
If you physically 'broke the screen' (cracked/etc accidentally or whatever), you can forget about getting it fixed under warranty (unless you have some kind of 3rd party warranty covering such things). If the screen malfunctioned, that's a different story.
I don't think A/S center will fix 'physically' broken screen for nothing because it is your fault...
I don't know much about SGS2 because I don't have it. But just try to flash ODIN Firmware.

Of course I will have to pay the screen replacement.
What I don't want is to lose the remaining warranty...
Ahhhh OK. Gotcha. Hmmm....
Why not replace the screen yourself ? Will be cheaper than paying an authorised repairer to do it, and if anything goes wrong with the phone after, your warranty will still be good. Or even go to a local mobile repair shop who isn't an authorised repairer & have it replaced.
This is going to be easier than trying to do something that's bordering on impossible. I know with some Android phones you can flash stock roms from ADB, but with the SGS2 I'm not so sure. If it were me (If I cared about warranty; I don't, but, anyway...), I'd get the screen replaced (which you've said yourself you're going to have to pay for anyways) via either of the above methods & bypass authorised repairers. If you don't have that choice (I.E only local mobile repair shop is a Samsung authorised repairer), buying one from eBay/replacing it yourself is your best bet.

OK, thanks for your advice!
I am from India & I have a Samsung Galaxy S2( model number SHW-M250K). Its Korean version. With the help of xda forum I converted SHW-M250K to GT-i9100 Successfully and I was very happy.
I started learning more and more about flashing ROMs(STOCK ROM & CUSTOM ROM) and I started flashing different ROMS for my Samsung galaxy S2.:good:
The problem came to my notice when I select network manually it says ‘’ unable to connect, try again later’’ and I noticed that my IMEI number also changed to 004************00/01 & I was like WTF .
I searched google & other forums including xda about the problem and I tried everything with was possible(flashing different ROMs/ EFS BACKUP,nv_data…..so on ) but the IMEI was not changing to the original.
From some forum I came to know that flashing EZFroyo may solve the problem, so I downloaded
(PIT-EZbase.pit,CSC- EZbase-CSC-XXJV1.tar.md5, PDA- ezbase-pda-xwjs3.tar.md5,MODEM- ezbase-phone-xxjve.tar.md5 & EZOdin ). I used Siyah Kernel (-v6.0b4) for rooting.
While flashing this EZBASE froyo using ODIN, I PULLED THE USB DATA CABLE by mistake. At that time the EZBASE.pit file was flashing and the moment USB DATA CABLE unplugged, I knew that I am in a big trouble now.
After this the phone is almost dead but while charging it gets heated near the camera, that means its not dead.
I am unable to go to DOWNLOAD MODE nor RECOVERY MODE.
I went to SAMSUNG REPAIR SERVICE and I told them the whole story. They checked it and told me that since the phone is Korean made, they don’t have the original Korean software here and the Indian version won’t work on this (Not working). Hence they returned the phone back to me.
Now the only option left to me is to go to Korea……?? Lol
Now I am confused about USB JIG and JTAG. Someone please tell which one I should use for my galaxy s2.
I have read somewhere here that usb jig is the only option which will boot the phone into DOWNLOAD MODE. I KNOW MY CHANCES ARE LESS BUT I STILL WANT TO TRY. I am going for usb jig.
PLEASE HELP. I just want to know if I am missing any trick to de-brick my SGS2.
If anyone have Samsung Galaxy S2 MOTHERBOARD and want to sell it then please let me know.
Jig more than likely won't work, but search on eBay for 'Samsung Galaxy S2 jig', they only cost a couple of bucks, you might as well try one in case you're the 1 in 10,000 where a jig works in these situations.
If you can't find a JTAG repairer near you, there are others in different parts of the world you can post the phone to & they may be able to repair it (assuming it is able to be JTAG'd). If it isn't JTAG'able, replace motherboard (source a 2nd hand one from a 'donor' phone/with a broken screen/etc).
If I had to take an educated guess tho, you need a motherboard replacement.

1)) Thanks for ur quick response. I really appreciate that. Before sending it to someone over courier or donating, I would love to spend some bucks on usb jig.
2)) The Samsung repair service told me that Motherboard replacement is not possible because of the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KOREAN & INDIAN VERSION INTERIOR CIRCUIT.
3)) If I send my phone for JTAG' to someone who is outside India, then what is the guarantee that he will send me my phone back. Please don't mind.
Android GURU's, newbie here.. first post. please help. I have hard bricked my galaxy s2 while flashing a new ROM, I sent in a wrong pit file for my phone and this hardbricked my phone completely. Tried USB jig also, no luck. When I charge phone, all it does, is it gets heated near the camera part and nothing, no download mode, nothing , nada. Have been reading about JTAG option, but i am not having any leads on that who can do that in Bangalore, India. If someone has any leads or any other solution please help me. Would like to exhaust every option before taking it to Samsung and pay big bucks (out of warranty) to change MOBO. Any leads will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your time reading my post and trying to help.
Motherboard replacement. JTAG very unlikely to work, Google search/contact local mobile repair shops & ask if they do JTAG's. Also, you don't necessarily have to pay a service centre a lot of money to put a new motherboard in. You can source a 2nd hand one from a 'donor' phone (say a phone with a broken screen that is otherwise OK), this will be much cheaper than paying a service centre to put a new one in, even if you're not confident enough to DIY & pay a local mobile repair shop to actually swap the new board in after you source it.
Why you you flashed a pit file ... why?
No 1 rule don't flash a pit file until no other solution works and you are sure that you have right driver odin pit phone
Maybe a jtag works but its better a mobo replace

try this mate

Hope it helps you
Try a jig as advised but it more than likely won't work, nor will a JTAG in all likelihood. And the 'fix' you were referred to in the post above mine definitely won't work. Motherboard replacement.
it seems the problem is very bad
so i think i have 3 choices now:
1- JIG method (which i didn't know before this topic).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1402286
http://galaxys2root.com/galaxy-s2-hacks/how-to-make-a-usb-jig-for-your-galaxy-s2/
2- JTAG method (i have a riff box, but i didn't use it before).
3- motherboard replacement.
so, which method is the easiest one, which i should try first?
note: there is electricity in the phone, the camera and the place around is hot after letting the phone attached.
Try a jig, & hope you're the 1 in 10,000 that it works for in these situations. Then, if you can find someone who does JTAG's & is prepared to have a look at your phone on the basis of you only pay them if a JTAG is possible, do that (again, very unlikely to be possible). Finally, you can either pay a Samsung service centre a fair bit of money to put a new motherboard in, or you can source a 2nd hand one from a 'donor' phone & either replace yourself or pay a local mobile repair shop to do it (cheaper than the Samsung option).
