There is no official motorola released ics for the atrix. There is an unofficial motorola released ics for the atrix. The unofficial release has been modified by various developers and is usable, with some small bugs (battery drain, hot temp, camera issues). All bugs are known, but not always present.

In addition, i recommend that you look at the atrix android development page before asking a question like this.

didnt worked with the GB atrix, AOSP or Blur, it work on none.
but now that we have ICS, leak or Aosp, the blur launcher from the new Razr family works on them and is a lot cooler than the stock and others around, and definetly worth the check.
( and still a stock moto launcher, as you want. lol)
Only on the origenal 4.0.4 released version

I'm just looking for the most stable ics rom for my ray. One where at least the camera, music player and wifi work as I use it more like a media player/web browser since I got my mm#6 error. Ps I prefer something of the more vanilla variety.

I am currently on the Oxygen rom. I was wondering if I should switch to the official CM7 Nightlies because of the features. What is CM Nightly like compared to Oxygen in terms of speed, battery, and stability. And if these things are worse, is it signifigant? What do you guys think?
Sent from my LG-P500 using XDA
Oxygen does beat nightlies in speed/performance but it lags in the battery department..nightly will give you better battery performance..if you using the new version of oxygen, you'll see about the only bug is video recording, both lack camera exposures but nightly camera is better. Oxygen is streamlined,if you want fast go with oxygen...also with that being said oxygen is slightly more stable than nightlies
Sent from my LG-P500 using xda premium
And is there any bugs in nightlies worth addressing?

You can always do a Nand backup and try a new rom, so if you don't like it you can recover your old rom.
if you decide to flash CM7 then I recomend adam's kang with fixed camera and kernel

I've been using Oxygen ROM with Go Launcher Ex. It's free and gives you everything you need. It's stable and very light on the battery. And more importantly, in your case, there are a lot of free themes to choose from.
Yes m too using go launcher ex but with this v can't change setting page, drawer look n all... can't v have theme choser or similar in it?

Hard to choose! I switch between Oxygen and the Nightlies. The only problem which I have faced with Oxygen is that sometimes the SD card gets unmounted at times which kinda annoys me because I have a lot of stuff on my SD card, like music

Pluse one for wizzed bean, running 4.0 now.
The best I ve ever tried is CM10.1 from Hashcode and Dhaker, simply amazing. Only few bugs, like no hdmi and it records video at 720pp not 1080pp. They're developing very fast, almost everyday there's an update. It s really awesome, if you try make sure you install with safestrap only in slot 1. It's based on the last android version 4.2!!

This is the new JB 4.2 camera and gallery with Photosphere (patched version from Android Police).
I tried it with ICSROM, and it worked OK. The camera works for 5-10 pics before FC.
I couldn't get Photosphere to work without FC.
Might work better with other ROMs.
Anyway, I thought some of you might like to play with it.

I know it is a bit off topic, but it concerns the same leak so I hope it's OK to ask here. Has anyone managed to get the 4.2 keyboard working? I've flashed the 4.2 keyboard zip a few times, it says that it was successful, but when I go to settings/language and input it isn't there. I'm running MIUI JB by Th3Bill. Thanks in advance.
It kind of runs on the ics leak based rooms - crashes after a few words so its unusable...

Gallery works but camera shows just a white image. When i take a shot, i cant see what i m taking, but in the gallery it shows the pic :crying:
Using epinters cm10 rom
The camera works with MROM-ICS CM9 but there is not enough setting there.
The Gallery is not working.
Camera shoes a white screen and when captured the image is really there in the gallery camera in photosphere mode gets force closed.

Try HWA CM10 builds. BTW someone needs to update those, they worked great just outdated CM versions now.
I had the 4.2 keyboard working on EPinter's CM10 (not sure which date) Used for about a day and went back to SwiftKey. Hopefully, they release their 'Flow' which looks more promising than 4.2 keyboard and Swype.
Edit: the one I tried was incomplete 4.2 keyboard that Google requested be taken down. The "swype" like trail was grey and the whole thing looked like a beta preview.

I think Photosphere FC's is because of Atrix doesn't have a gyro and Nexus' do. Is it true?

I wouldn't refer to it as an overload, but yeah, ICS is quite the laggy OS. However, I'd suggest you try the different ICS-based ROMs in the development section. Many have proven to be smooth.
I don't think it is as much laggy as u say. But yes it lags more than GB so I now have kitkat beanstalk that's an awesome very much customizable cyanogen 11 based rom. I really advice u to get beanstalk 4.4
