my phone won't boot and is stuck on the "HTC quietly brilliant"...tried to reboot into bootloader but can't do that either. any suggestions? not sure what i did to brick my phone or why i can't get into the bootloader but any help would be appreciated...
Can you turn the phone off? If so, what happens when you press volume down + power? What ROM are you running, and what were you doing with the phone just prior to this starting?
The advice is free....the bandwidth, not so much

It's not bricked. Hold down power and the volume down button until your phone shuts off. Then release ONLY the power button. Keep holding the volume button until it gets into bootloader. then select fastboot. then select recovery. do a full wipe of cache, dalvik, factory reset and system. Then flash this again. it can take up to 5 mins the first time. Be patient.
thanks...

Motorola Atrix 4g, BootLoader unlocked, and Recovery CMV installed, but i decide to keep in stock rom.
Don't know if it a BootLoader or Recovery cause the problem. This phone brought from used and it working for first 2days. I am not sure is it the BootLoader or Recovery CMV cause this problem. Screen can't back on after idle for 2-3min. After 2-3 idle, i press the power button to wakeup the screen, the screen can't light up. If i press more then 4-5 time on power button, it'll boot up in Bootloader and phone reboot again. Sometime i have to do a battery pull to rest the phone.
Question, it's nornal after bootloader unlocked or phone setting wrong?
Any comment or suggestions will be welcome.. thanks

As you say the phone was working for a few days, did you do anything prior to this problem (new app,rom ect). Are your settings correct (sleep, power button ect).
Stop pressing the power button - you're not doing your device any good.
If this were me, I would do the following steps >>>pull battery>prior to putting it back hold the volume down button> put battery back in (if phone doesn't power up, press power key, still holding volume down button)>you should now be in recovery>select 'wipe dalvik cache'>after wiping, reboot system.
If this fails to help, I would recommend repeating steps to get into recovery and do a factory reset of your phone.
Good Luck

Can you boot into recovery? If able to, perform a wipe data/factory reset.

Recovery is power+BOTH volume buttons. For next time, always choose "Normal" when updating SuperSU binaries.
@rkgarg2000,
I'm not on here as often anymore. Sorry I missed your response and pm.
Did you get the issue resolved? As Steve says, hold down all three of vol up, vol down, and power buttons to enter recovery. Once in recovery, perform a wipe data/factory reset. Let us know if you have additional issues, or if that does not solve the problem.
Hey! I have a big problem, I install the latest 'Hermes' rom everything ran smoothly until I reboot my phone. It seems no 'MI' logo and the phone started every 5 sec new. I have already written xiaomi but it returns nothing..
can anyone help I am helpless :/
Try to reinsert battery. Hold Vol+ and Power. You will boot into recovery. Try wipe cache and dalvik.

Strange. Insert battery, hold vol+, keep pressed power button until first vibration, then release power and keep Vol+ button pressed.
If you can not get into recovery, you will need to flash your phone from BB , via flashtool.

I can not get into fastboot mode when I connect the phone on the Computer he finds what and then after a few moments, the connection breaks off again and going all the time :/ I think I need the phone to send xiaomi but not write back so I do not know where I should phone Send
Ok so i rooted my phone i format him and when he restarted it's stuck to boot logo but the lockscreen works and everyting and there is only home button and back button. How to hard reset the phone ? I think it's not bricked, there is no welcome Setup
Well, to hard reset the phone, its simply hold the power and volume up button, and may I ask how you rooted your phone, just need to make sure you did it correctly
If you can get into bootloader (I think its power+volume up) you can use the volume keys to navigate to factory reset, and press power. Rooting your 610 with windroid is the most easiest, I recommend you trying Windroid root tool. It flashes a recovery and roots
volume down and power button when phone is off.. if the phone wont turn off volume button up and power button for around 10 seconds
hope this helps
