is there anyone here can help me how to reset in default factory my Galaxy note 1 i9220 clone from korea. there's an option on the setting that i can do the reset factory defaults. i don't know if i did that my phone still going to boot on factory default. i think i having problem with my smartphone, because some or my apps is not working properly like for skype video call mine is not working but when i used fring video call apps it's working but the camera is other way around. please help to give the instruction how to reset or if i reset this what will happen?

Have you tried clearing data for the phone app? Settings > Applications > Phone > Clear data.
why can't u factory reset and see? .......if u still have problem unroot it and see

I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy S III, amazing phone, but I fear I had a problem, on the first start, during the setup wizard, I skipped a passage and I wasn't unable to go back and see what was, so I (stupidly) made a factory reset to redo the setup wizard, more slowly, but I had two problems then: Play Store process force closed while updating apps, and Facebook widget doesn't work fine sometimes, it doesn't load posts and cannot open app from the widget, it's such as blocked. So I fear that factory reset was a stupid move, and could have caused this two problems, or it doesn't matter and those problems are indipendent of the reset? I have to say that I haven't got other problems and other apps/components seem to work very well and when I reopened the Play Store no more problems until now, maybe was the system updating the play store and closed it? Sorry but I am really nervous, I love that phone and don't want problems
Factory reset won't cause problem, other than losing data/settings.
Factory Reset = restore phone to out of the box in your case .

Yeah I know, but I did it in the recovery xD and I worried about it, (I was usual with my old SGS to do it in the recovery when installing a custom ROM)
Thank you for the answer, I needed a conferm, and of course, a relief.
You can reload the rom using kies or you can update to jellybean. This should fix your issue.

I tried:crying: to do everything; facory reset and tried to clear data of everything but nothing works. After the factory reset it said factory reset complete but when turned it back on, its back to the same issues. I tried reseting it s many times but nothing is working. Also if i delete these stuff from my computer and unconect it, nothing changes and when i connect it again, everything comes back magically.
it will be great help if wnyone can give me a solutuon. Please

after my galaxy s9's carrier ( METROPCs) has done an update 2 days ago , i figured out that my half botton of my screentouch does not working right, i try to wipe the cache, rebooting the phone, factory data reset , and even i reinstall the last firmware, but nothing's work , still the same problem that not let me taping in the keyboard correctly or even do basic stuff in the half bottom of the phone , anyone can help me

Hi , try do downgrade your phone with latest version of odin to the version which you had early... If that doesn't work maybe you have problem with LCD ...

After i flashed a custom rom lingoue os (Android 9) my iemi disappeard and the mic stopped working and i cant record a video or a voice and i cant play music and there is no service on my phone the phone cant even make a single sound is this from the custom rom or the iemi
What should i do please help me as soon as possible

Do a factory reset, also known as master reset. BTW: This does not restore IMEI.

The factory reset didn't help already done it
