I am trying to maximize viewing in chrome, but there seems no way to go full screen (hide tabs etc.) in the Chrome browser. I am on a Samsung tab2 7 running jellybean 4.1.2. Settings for Chrom3 are very limited (missing items that are documented in Google Chrome help.)
Any ideas?
Dolphin browser also will not go fullscreen: double tab just increases the text size a bit. No tab line option, no auto hiding of tab as you browse down.
Thanks,
Barry

Hi guys
I've got an HD2 Stock ROM 1.66 WWE. I'm trying to find an app which allows me to enable kinetic scrolling for a number of windows mobile apps, rather than applying text selection and having to use the scroll bar on the side (apps like Epocrates, Skyscape and UptoDate). I find using the scroll bar painfully slow to be frank
I've found a solution of sorts in FtouchSL (using v2.10). Unfortunately this program has a default setting in that it automatically applies its own settings for all apps, and you need to manually enter any "exceptions". I've tried this out, but there are literally hundreds of exceptions I would have to add, and there are some things that don't seem to work at all (e.g. scrolling through favourites in the Internet Tab of HTC Sense after clicking the favourites soft-key on the bottom left, or trying to pick a lock screen tab wallpaper in settings).
I know these are relative small things, but I was wondering if anyone was familiar with an app which would allow me to enable kinetic scrolling for only select apps, rather than for all of them with me having to add "exceptions"
Hello everyone,
I've been using Dolphin HD browser for a while (on both my phone and my TFP), and it's offered pretty much what i want in a browser. However, I have not been able to copy text from the address bar. Normally the clipboard menu shows up at the top of the screen when you select some text, but when you tap to select the text in the address bar, the text box seems to appear over where the clipboard menu should be. I hope this makes sense...is anyone else having this problem or has anyone figured out a solution?
I was wondering if there is a way to get all apps fullscreen. As in is there some way to have the menu, home and search bar minimise to that small grey square in every app rather than just ones downloaded from the Amazon appstore (As in sideloaded). I have root btw.
I recently switched over from iOS and loving the android so far but there are a couple of issues I'm having trouble with.
I was wondering how can I go about adding a quick scroll to top of the page feature/gesture with 4.3? iOS was just a simple tap to the top of the page.
I do miss my notification center, my notifications are coming at the top of the screen and then I have to slide down to open them. Is there any app that would show the notifications in iOS like format? I would like to be able to swipe directly into the app without hitting the slide down menu.
What program is recommended to use for controlling music? I'm using a S4 device.
Thanks in advance!
Hi. I just installed Cyanogenmod 13 (Marshmallow 6.0.1) to my LG G2 (D802, International edition from Finland). Here is some issues that I have with it.
- there is far too much scrolling involved in navigating trough the settings menu. The line spacing between options is much larger than it was in stock Kitkat 4.4.2. Is it possible to somehow reduce the line spacing and in this way get more options to fit to the screen and reduce the need to scroll up and down...? Changing font size does not affect line spacing. Changing LCD Density under Display settings does, but it makes everything smaller and I only want to reduce the line spacing.
- is it somehow possible to get clock, status bar, pattern lock and camera button all to the same screen? Pattern screen has nothing else than the pattern in it.
- when in silent mode and all animations off, the camera app (snap camera) does not do any kind of shutter animation (even white screen for a blink of second). Is it somehow possible to enable a white screen shutter animation? In current situation I am not always sure after pressing a button if the phone did or did not take a picture.
- currently the gallery shortcut in Snap camera opens AOSP Gallery. IMHO in AOSP Gallery it is too difficult to delete pictures/clips. Is it possible to change the shortcut to point to Google Photos Gallery...?
- do you happen to know if it is still somehow possible to get Chrome tabs to recent apps. I liked that feature but Google has removed it recently. I wonder if there is way to use it even in newer Chrome versions...?
- any recommendations for using Facebook messages on the phone? I hate Facebook messenger app.
- any tweaks for maximizing deep sleep and battery life are welcome (I already disabled location history)
