Hey all,
I hope this is the right place to put a request like this. I was hoping to find a theme that only changed the status bar from that ugly gradient to a plain flat black. A search in this sub yielded no results. Did I not sift through enough posts or does this just not exist yet?

I found this theme, but it seems its only for a nexus s phone...
I cant get it to work with my phone, i really like the transparent one.

are you talking about the first one cus thats not really a theme...
the droids are a image pack and you use something like the app "BetterCut" to assign them
the rest is just tweaks with a alt home...

I was talking more about the status bar and drop down notification. it s the 2nd like of droid extended. (the transparent). I have been using the icon packs, but would like to use the status bars too

I have been looking for this myself i wanted one for sense 3.0 . I know if you install ADW and then install the honey comb theme it has a search bar in their that is like a clear black looks really nice . However if anyone finds one for 3.0 let me know please thanks !

This is a transparent notification/status bar mod that includes the accurate honeycomb style battery mod!] This Mod will NOT bork your power menu
Repackaged these mods because they were causing issues for UKB users. It previously modified frameworkres, I have completely removed the frameworkres mods from the zips and repackaged/signed. Should work on any deoodex rom I have personally seen them work on odex as well.

I can work on a red one yes and also will add the gps removal mod but at this point both will overwrite the gps mods in system. Not gonna be home much this weekend so if someone beats me to it cool if not ill make them all play nice together Sunday or monday

Can someone clarify whether the one with the untouched signal bars still has the transparent notification bar? It's not transparent in the pic.
Could I get this with the stock battery and the clock moved to the center for UKB?

I have began porting over all of the AOSP icons to UKB rom.
I'll update as I get them resized and fit to our device...
Right now it is basically most of the notification stuff .. battery signal etc .. I'll get to notifications and as much as I can to help those out who are dying for AOSP.. as always, backup first
Includes: (all resized to look wonderful on our device)
*Accurate AOSP battery mod
*AOSP 6 bar signal
*AOSP Wifi Indicator
*AOSP Sync Icons
*Black transparent status bar instead of the grey highlighted Sense bar (made a bit more transparent so that nova users have a transparent bar)
*Added in AOSP icons here and there
*Maybe some other stuff.. can't remember
Sense Mods.. for those things I just can't make AOSP and keep functionality:
*Modified Lock Ring (cleaner)

Updated - Includes Transparent Dock Bar and cleaned up Lock Ring.
I do not plan to make this for CODIS .. primarily because I don't have time but I do plan to update regularly.

There likely is ... I'll download and tear down the apk to see if I can find it .. it also may just be by making it transparent in system .. system actually uses an opaque image and then transparents it through an XML so wiping off half the opaqueness may do it

Fusion is where the lock ring and dock bar are ... I had the mail app in there just for icon purposes but it will be the same mail app as UKB comes with

Is it possible to get a solid black bar instead of transparent? Either that, or fix the solid black areas that should be transparent on the icons. Right now there's a weird mix of blue, white, grey, and black that isn't very consistent.

thanks for you answer. i've downloaded a flashable zip of dna stock rom.
i've found weather icons in com.htc.weather.res.apk. i wanted to use that but are very strange jpg's, because they have a strange background (filled of a mix of colours as in the attached image) instead of transparent background. do you know why?

Jpg's will always have a white or colored background. You can achieve a transparent background with a png for example.

but i don't understand because the icons are not already png's with transparent background. i'm trying to cut out icons and erase that background but is very difficult.
