Hah i cant install the rom, aroma installer says, its rom for htc one X, but after selecting Perform full wipe and then Next, it says executing full wipe then full wipe complete, and extracting 3 apk's and finished, so i cant install it, Im S-ON kernel flashed via fastboot -.-

Install rom works fine, tested 5 minutes ago.

Can't install it here either. Tried both wipe and no wipe then proceeded to install it but took only maybe couple of seconds then it stops and ask me to reboot which I tried but stuck on the white HTC splash screen. I'm S-Off btw.

Tip1: If you want to remove some of the included system apps best way is to download Titanium backup from market and use uninstall.
Tip2: To save some battery change the wifi power settings.
Tip3: To make the battery last longer, turn off pocket mode in settings/sounds.

first impressions. ROM is very smooth and everything I tested work without a single prob. I had low fps in some games with other roms but not in this one. I ll keep testing and report later.

it might be a prop ive set in sensation roms too that could cause on some phones (not all) drain, ill make 1.0.1 to fix that - dont worry incremental update 200 kB in size to flash on top of 1.0.0.
i just need to finish with the bravo rom - i had a hell of a sunday, cooked 3 roms today for 3 devices

Installation
ROM Installation (for s-off users):
update your firmware (if you didn't make this earlier) to newest 3.28.401.1 (link above, rename it from PG86IMG_3.xx.xxx.x.zip to PG86IMG.zip and put it on sd)
restart Evo at least once after update firmware, wait for full system boot
copy yodas_ICS_deodex.zip to sd,
boot to recovery, and install yodas_ICS_deodex.zip
ROM will format dalvik-cache and system partition,
wait for boot, first boot can take few minutes
enjoy Stock ICS with goodies

You'll have to search and try to add it yourself or just use any of the custom sense 3.6 roms that have all that included. Otherwise this would not be a stock rom anymore.
This would not be a stock rom base if all the tweaks were added!
I can see that the previously popular bassmod which included a number of those is no longer on XDA. If I were you, I would consider looking for a 3.28.401.1 based custom rom that includes those mods as a part of an Aroma installation. You can then review the aroma install scripts to ascertain the files that comprose the mod and then add then to your rom.

OTA Updates
For Now OTA will Be BY OTA Update Center
To check new update go to ->
Settings -> About phone -> Software updates -> Click on Check now and if there will be update, you receive it and after downloading it will be installed automatically without any actions from you.
Also you can download update later if the file size is too big for you and you are using mobile internet
What is the difference between our OTA and others.
You will always receive latest features first
All updates will be automatically
You dont need to install full ROM after releasing it. You will get ALL new features included in Full release through OTA, so just youse the ROM as your daily rom
When and How will be new Full ROMs:
ROM has identification of numbers – like 1.0.0
Full ROM will be after releasing 9 OTA updates it means after 1.0.9 there will be new Full ROM.
All OTA updates we will carefully check and as well as our Beta testers. We will check to be sure that ALL updates will be succesfully downloaded and installed properly
That will take more time to create such updates, but really it is cool staff. Just imagine like you are using Stock ROM and you will get new updates just like HTC does.
If you have verification failed when trying to install OTA Updates it means you have an old Recovery or CWM Recovery. To be able installing updates you need just update your recovery to latest version of 4EXT Recovery RC8 then updates will be installed perfectly.

Q: Why don't you guys have a tweaks app in your ROM?
A: We dont want to and we are working on something just as good.
Q: Which kernel is best for this ROM?
A: Haven't got a clue, it depends on how you use your phone, its too subjective to give a definitive answer - the only way to find out is to test them yourself
Q: When i open video in Gallery phone reboots.
A: Disable AutoBrightness in settings

1) Download the rom
2) Perform a full wipe if coming from any other rom
3) Flash the rom regularly (no need for seperate boot.img flashing if you're S-ON). If you're S-OFF, reboot and you're done!
4) S-ON USERS ONLY FROM THIS POINT ON: When the installation is complete, if you see the word "Look!" in huge text, you are not done yet! In that case, continue to the next step. If you do NOT see this, you can reboot and you are done.
5) When the word "Look!" appears, reboot normally from recovery. Your phone will get stuck in a bootloop, so manually reboot to bootloader by holding vol down+power, then reboot recovery from there.
6) Flash the rom again to allow the kernel installer to do its job.
7) Once it's done flashing the second time, reboot system.
8) Profit!

You can pull a couple things from this rom if you'd like and use it in your own rom (i.e. the battery % mod, a couple build.prop stuff, etc.) but be sure to shoot me a PM before you do. Proper credits are mandatory.
