Need a root app. - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

I need to root my Sony Xperia U but I only wish to root it for a day or so I need a rooter that I can easily uproot. Pls sent the link or app name. My phone is on android 4.0.4 ice cream sandwich

and then after you are done go to supersu app and then click settings and then full unroot
VOIAL ROOT GONE!!

Everything about root all gone? Not only a freezing the root right!?

Yes. But if you want to be sure, you can reflash stock. And there isn't any app to root phone. You must use one of the instructions on forum.

I I am guessing you haven't rooted your phone... Or unlocked your bootloader
And you are running official GB...
Then download "Sony Update Service(SUS) " software and install on your PC
Connect your phone to PC and then check for updates...
You will find one... Click on it and then SUS will download the update and will install it on your phone...
Your phone will be on ICS...

And next time before posting a new thread search properly... The update guide is mentioned on official sony website...

No there is no need to root your phone... To use official ICS provided by Sony...

Most ray users reported lagging after updating to ics via pcc. Some apps are not compatible with ics. If you see lagging, then try repair with pcc, but the repair will erase all your settings and data.

That's why I mentioned SUS...
and I myself updated to ics via it without any lags or problems on Mini st15i

im using kernel .10 on my sola and im rooted i want to update it to .54 yah its easy to root but i cant update it to .54
