I am able to see my songs in xbox on the lumia 920 and able to listen to them
But when i connect my Lumia 920 to the laptop and use explorer to locate the album / songs they are not visible (not found)
What happened to them or where are they located
TIA
If the music is actually on the Lumia then is is under Windows Phone/phone/music/album.
Not sure what you mean by in XBOX unless you mean when you connect your phone to your XBOX. If that is the case then the music is actually on your XBOX.

Lots of hype about XBox Music, but so far I can't figure out how to use it on my Lumia 920. There's no XBox Music app that I can find. Can anyone help?

You have to subscribe to Xbox Music Pass first.
After subscribing the streaming should be integrated into the Music + Video hub.
You don't need a subscription to stream music you just need to add them to your cloud with the music app in windows 8. If you go to settings then on windows phone you can turn on or off sync with cloud. I do not have a pass but I do have a surface and an HTC 8X and am listening to xbox music right now .
the music app is xbox music, nothing needed to download, it's built into the phone.

I am an Xbox Music Pass owner, but I cannot seem to get all the music in my collection into the Xbox Music collection on my 8X. It syncs a few songs, around 300, but nowhere near the amount of songs I have in the collection on my PC. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong, if anything?
There does seem to be a problem with the "cloud collection" in xbox music for wp8. Here is an issue I had:
-went to download an album from the Store using my paid Xbox Music Pass subscription
-saw that it was already "in my collection" and therefore I could choose between buying it outright or streaming it
-went into Xbox music and turned on "show my cloud collection"
-lo and behold, the artist/album was NOT THERE to download
I had to actually stream the album, go to the Now Playing screen, hit the three dots, tap Download, then skip to the next track and do the same thing. By the time I got to the last song Xbox Music had crashed and the Store wouldn't open. I had to reboot the phone and try again --TWICE-- before it worked.
It's great when it works, but it rarely works. We're all beta testing this, folks.

the xbox music app on both ends (PC and phone) are a mess with management and syncing. personally i just download what i want on my phone via the phone store, it's not ideal (esp if you want a bunch of stuff or have things organized a specific way on the PC) but it's less headache for me right now.
Is there a way to stream the videos recorded on the Lumia to the Xbox 360? I know Windows 8 has a PLAY TO feature where it can stream a video to the Xbox.
Thanks
I wouldn't be surprised if that is what they will add in for the next update. As of right now I don't see any way of doing it.

So I just upgraded to the Lumia 920, and I sync'd my music with the mac windows phone connector app.
On my Lumia 800, I sync'd with the same version of the windows phone connector and every song has their album art intact, however following the same steps with Lumia 920, the album art only shows a grey box.
Does any one know what is causing this issue?
I have a few songs in other languages. The names don't display properly in Music hub, instead, they show up as random screwed up characters. this didn't happen before with my Samsung focus. do you guys know how to solve this problem?
Thank you

Check the mp3 meta tags on your PC, it might have some broken characters on fields thats not used on the android.
The Xbox Music hub on Windows Phone 8 is a freaking TRAIN-WRECK!! I'm just about to go return my Lumia 920 to the AT&T store over this very issue. I copy music over to my WP8 handset (I have to use Windows Media Player or just plain, old drag-and-drop, because the Windows Phone 8 desktop app refuses to run on my HP Pavilion laptop, running Win7 Home Premium x64, that I just bought in May; it says, "WindowsPhone has stopped working" EVERY SINGLE time I plug my phone into the PC), and the stupid xBox Music service rewrites metadata (ID tag) info on a lot of songs that I copy over to the phone, resulting in multiple copies of the same CD (2 tracks will be on the original CD; and 3 tracks may be on the new, Xbox-created CD, which may just be missing brackets around the words "Disc 1"); it deletes album art that I saw on the phone previously, and it downloads artist background images for only about 10% of the music I put on my phone! I'm VERY anal about the metadata (ID tag) info on my music files being correct, and I had NO problems like this on my Windows Phone 7/7.5 devices.
Putting music on my phones is very important to me, and it's very important to me that it work the way it should! I listen to music off my phone through my car stereo, and I don't want to have to carry around an additional device.

It doesn't matter what the metadata (ID tag) info says on your PC; once you copy it over to the phone, the Xbox music service will rewrite it if it doesn't match what it thinks it should be, scewing the hell out of how you had your music organized! The only way to prevent this is to turn off "Connect to Xbox Music Service" in settings, but then you won't get any artist background images!

Yes this is annoying indeed, I just noticed that you could disable the xbox music metatag option for the mac sync program, but the option seems to be missing on the windows app.
Before I make a seperate thread.... are there any good other media players for WP8?
I've only been using this phone for two days, but I haven't found any!
Im used to using Winamp on my Android device, its simply using the directory its store in albums, a nice progress bar you could slide through (handy for audiobooks). Does Wp8 even have something similar?

can i Turn my Windows PC Into An Wireless Receiver To receive Songs From my android device
sorry for my english
Yes you can! Downtown a program called VLC from videoland and from the play store vlc direct.
You setup vlc on your PC as the server and you control from your android. You can play both audio and video files and the files can be on your PC or streamed from your android.
