guys please can you help i am the uk.i have a galaxy s3 it was originally on 3 network i flashed it with a costom rom jelly been and unlocked it .put in a o2 sim card that worked fine for months then when real jelly been came out i flashed that on .worked fine so i when to Krakow for a few day the phone works fine. i come back to the uk and the dam phone if i try to make a call it says not registered on network .i have rang o2 they say it the phone .can you guys help me please

hi sorry for not posting in correct section .i flashed it about two months ago it worked fine no problem then i went to Poland for a few days it worked there ok only when i flew back to the uk it i switch on the phone and it says not registered on network .do you think i need to put it back to stock on 3 network iam lost anyone please help

Hi to everybody, and sorry for my poor english.
I'm using Samsung Galaxy S II running ReVolt 2.6.
I got message for upgrade the rom to version 2.7. I follow the upgrade procedure found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28380395.
But when phone restart it doesn't recognize operator sim. It always reboot itself when I unlock it and put the pin code.
If I use phone with airplane mod all works fine.
Any suggestion?

I heard using the phone sim lock was the problem, try removing that and start the phone and I joined on December 3rd, anyway please note that nobody is inclined to give you an answer, so there is no need for sarcasm.

Anyway the problem is solved. But not with removing sim lock.

have recently posted a thread and rewriting a new thread to say i have re rooted the phone the galaxy s3 and put on the jellybean android put in a different sim to the virgin one i had and put in o2 sim but still not registering any network it scans ok but not picking up the perfectly working sim card
please can someone help cause pulling my hair out well what hair i have left lol

have check settings and they seem ok but how do i check the modem settings is correct and which one is it

hi gaiz , i have flashed i9100's 4.2.1 unbranded rom on my i9100p and it got locked , i have rooted it but dont know how to unlock it the r3x doesnt even work gives error of card connection , so what should i do ? the phone works other than phone and sms duhhhh
Search for "unlock i9100 SIM". This was asked a couple of days ago, see how it was fixed.

yes , it gives error and only works with ginger bread and ice cream sandwich and i m on jellybean..... so, my question is i m on jellybean 4.2.1 of i9100 flashed and rooted on i9100p , how should i unlock it serious question , i cant use the phone with any rom i flashed the jellybam and everything and its rooted too but sim wont work :'(

i'm an italian boy that has a galaxy s3 with a problem: i can't call or send messages because on the screen there is "not registered on network"
i do nothing, my phone is genuine...i didn't try to change rom or to do something...the problem is appared suddenly.
How can i fix the problem? imei code is intact and my telephone operator didn't block my phone or imei...
i know that in this forum there are some topics about this problem, but it is very difficult for me find them...

Look for the serial, if it starts with 00000 or something like that, you nees to use Ariza Patch.

...my wife had this problem last week. Phone was saying that it was not registered on Network. Looked around on the net, checked settings on phone and found that if you turn the phone off for a few minutes and back on, it re-registered to the network. Very basic, don't know why it did it, but it's now OK

This is the problem: imei code is ok but there is "not registered on network"
About the other solution, i'm going to try it but i don't think it will work for me..
Is there a final solution? It is impossible that we can't solve the problem..

I mistakenly flashed the 4.2.2 leak today and am having the same problem now.
After reading this forum, it looks like the phone has changed its IMEI after using ODIN. I now have an IMEI that starts with 0049. Help anyone please?

I did, with team win, I restored but it still doesn't work after restoring. I too have 0049* as IMEI and the serial number is shown. My baseband is XXUFME7. My phone is brand new LOL. Any idea?

Hey man I read that it could have sumpin 2 do wit type of modem mg2 or mg4 try searching about which versions of firmware have which on mop

i got it fixed but i will tell u how it happened to me so u can connect the dots with ur problems ,,
i was on omega rom v49 but i wanted to return to stock and un root (4.1.2) to do some things i had a problem while restoring the cable disconnected but i started the process again and everything worked fine except for the network i couldn't call and when someone calls me it gives him that my phone is ringing and i got nothing (be aware u may have got many calls)
i tried some videos from the youtube and tried ariza patch (i dont no if i did it right or not i choose patch 5 and rebooted but nothing worked ) and flashed some modems but nothing
so i flashed back to omega v47 it is MG2 and every thing worked just fine after that so give it a try i hope it helps

hey peeps wus happening... i had this goofy theory coz this problem to me is like a villain in a game that needs cheats to beat him ... its the one that bit the dust huh.. it seems that we need to pay cash in this (serious amout too)
anyways here is the theory .. (what if we went way back to the first omega rom n kept upgrading till the latest one ... could it be the solution ... ??? LOOL its goofy but u know when ur desperate u think about some crazy stuff... so thats what i thought about ... coz there r many users who flashed older roms n it worked for them ... im just saying ... lets try to track our histories of our roms n c what happens ... thank u ..

This worked for me after flashing S4 Revolution ROM V5, thank you i've got my IMEI back.
I've been trying out ROMs yesterday day & suddenly the phone stopped reading my sim card
The IEMI number is still there, just "network error"
Other SIM cards are not read in the phone either.
Someone please help (( !!!
I did restore to original firmware restore for so many different county's files and still no luck. Im from The Bahamas. My phone was in spanish when I bought it new :/ I dunno which country.
PLEASE TRY TO HELP ME BEFORE TELLING TO POST ELSE. (I'm a noob )
did you took nandroid backup before flashing amy rom !!?
try open australia firmware..it may help

You Probably flashed a foreign CSC that does not support your carrier/network

As a tip, if you bought it from BTC it's on the TTT firmware most of the time.
