Did you renamed the backup folder of your Nandroid Backup?
I havent renamed the backup file yet. Should I rename it?

What root method did you use? Rom manager does not play well with many cwm included in kernels, like cf root. Better use cwm and uninstall rom manager to check if that's the case

I used a cf root kernal to root my phone, but i installed cwm from rom manager.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app
Did your cf root kernel already have cwm?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
No it didnt have cwm

Try changing kernel to one with cwm like siyah(ICS) or speed mod(GB) then create a backup from recovery? If you do change kernel remember to wipe cache and dalvik cache!

Where can i find these kernels, and how can i wipe the cache and dalvik cache?

Are you on ice cream sandwich or gingerbread? And cache and dalvik cache can be wiped from recovery:
In recover it should say 'wipe cache partition' and then go to advanced and select wipe cache partition.

Use siyah kernel, type that into Google and it's gokhanmoral, although make sure you choose the S2 one...you have an i9100 right? And it's recommended yes!

Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app
No, that removes root, use a USB jig to get rid of it or you can use triangle away app by chain fire

Time out screen

Hi
I set my time out screen to 15 seconds... but it doesn't work. Also my buttons keep lighted up. But I set them to dim after 6 seconds... what could have caused this? I came from Remix Rom but restored back to Checkrom...
Should I full wipe and flash Checkrom again?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Full wipe, wipe cache, wipe dal, format again.. Install the rom

Simply do a factory reset and flash the ROM again.

[Q] Bootloop

Hi,
I'm on stock rom. But because of flashing a wrong zip (with aosp camera) my phone got into a bootloop. The first time it boots it go's to homescreen right before I have to press my pin. The second boot it doesn't go further than samsung logo. I tried reflashing stock ROM without wipe. Still got the bootloop after that. Is there a way to solve this problem? If not, is there a way to backup my sms and whatsapp in recovery?
Thanks in advance!
Wipe data and cache

Only way is to pull battery and enter android recovery to wipe data.
