Hi Guys,
I've tried installing Superuser via this method.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2038464
Everything was going good, I ran the commend to flash twrp blob, i rebooted the tablet and it booted up.
I copied the SU.zip file on my sd card slot and I tried botting back into recovery.
All that happens now is that the tablet just loops at the the device is unclocked screen..
Help please?
Thanks

I'd reflash recovery and see what that does.

I will tell my friend this.
[EDIT] He has updated me with some information and boot from sd card as he has tried the usb method and the power+ n home method and he hasn't got the CWM to boot from the sd card, but It does boot the stock firmware restore using the usb method but that doesn't work because of the red "X"...
He also had Cyan boot installed with CM7 but it goes straight to recovery instead of regular booting.
[EDIT2] OK. He told me after a whole day trying to get the Nook to boot off the sd card but he couldn't.... He just wants to know if this Is this a common bug. He also says that He could view the sd card contents in CWM but flashing anything onto internal doesn't work. Any Help Appreciated! :]
[EDIT3] My friend finally gave me his nook to see what was wrong with what he was doing and he didn't do the usb method... I got it booting from sd card now...
I've got my prime into a softbrick state and have been trying to adb push a different rom to the internal storage, which i seem to have done ok, but CWM install from zip is only showing the clockworkmod/backup directory. Anyone able offer some advice?
(the cm-10-20120818-NIGHTLY-tf201.zip I tried to flash originally just got me into a black splash screen)

Seems to be a common problem between cwm and cm10 for some reason...
Go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1615990 fastboot install twrp there are instructions.... then either put your choice of rom (adrowook, EOS 3 or baked bean) on a sdcard and install through twrp or you can go the adb push route and push the rom to the tablet. Sounds like you know how to do that so I won't go into it. This should get you going.....
So my tablet won't get past the Asus start up screen, but I did manage to get CWM working, problem is that I have no roms on my internal SD, because I wiped everything trying to fix stuff with WSG Flasher (didn't work).
I've tried everything, but I'm at a total loss here. adb won't work, even after I installed that dreadful Asus PC Suite, WSG FLasher doesn't work because adb doesn't work and
Code:
fastboot -i 0x0b05 flash somerom.zip
doesn't work either.
I've tried installing dozens of roms and CWM versions through fastboot, but none worked. The only CWM image that did work was called "recover-jb.img" that I got from here, though it's kind of useless if I can't install any roms.
Any suggestions, or should I just throw my tablet out?

I was trying to install CM10, initially installing any CM rom would fail because CWM would say "assert failed, model is not tf201" (It is most certainly a transformer prime, I checked double checked) I edited the updater-script file in the .zip to skip the model check, after that installing the rom went just fine, it would just hang indefinitely on the splash screen.
The tablet is on the jb bootloader, the nvidia logo is in the bottom right corner.

let me get this straight. you can figure out how to change the updater.script but you insist on using cwm? Fastboot twrp to your prime and install a rom zip from your microsd.

Err, I didn't even know there was an alternative to cwm... At any rate, will twrp allow me to transfer files? My microsd is empty due a hardwipe I did.
Yes. TWRP Allows you to also flash zips from micro sd . Altrough I'm not sure can you install it from the situation you're in.

first you need the drivers for fastboot installed to your pc. you can accomplish this by following the advice given here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34477256&postcount=5703
Next you need a working twrp which will help you install a rom from your external microsd card. get that here. and follow his install istructions.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34359560&postcount=5497
then I recommend grabbing this rom to install from your microsd using twrp.
AndroWook Prime Hairy Bean v1.4
www.gamerzxtreme.com/AndroWook_Hairy_Bean_v1.4_FINAL_1.zip
you should only need to follow these instructions from there.
Download AndroWook Prime Hairy Bean v1.4 from one of the links above and copy to either root of internal SD or micro SD.
Boot into recovery (TWRP) and wipe cache, dalvik cache and factory reset. You can wipe system as well if you want a total deep clean but do so at your own risk.
Select to install ROM from SD and follow on screen prompts.
When install completed allow 30-60 mins for the system to cache itself upon which time you should now have a nice smooth TP.
Enjoy!
So i have a prime that had ANDROWOOK 2.2 on it with TWRP 2.5. Tablet has been good but was time for Androwook 2.4 so i went to TWRP and tried to do a factory reset and it couldnt mount the SD card or system, so i rebooted back to Androwook and tried doing a factory reset and it would just reboot never reset. So i went back to Androwook and tried format each item to no luck, just kept saying cant mount sd or cant mount cache, or system, etc. I tried to boot back into Androwook and now it just boots right into TWRP. Tried holding down vol and hitting power but still just right to TWRP. I can go to install and it sees the zip file for androwook but alwasy fails. saying
assert failed: write_raw_image("/tmp/blob". "staging")
E:Error executing updater binary in zip .........zip file
Error flashing zip ..... zip file
updating partition details...
E:Unable to mount '/cache
I can connect via ADB, I tried a ADB sideload but it failed too.
Any ideas, i would be happy just getting it to stock and starting over again, or whatever we can do

So i am able to get it to mount the System, TWRP thinks the system is the ext SD card. so i can run the zip file for the rom and it says its successful and when i reboot the system right back to TWRP, and it has erased the sd card.
Ok, so i was able to ADB in TWRP and say "reboot bootloader" i did this and was able to get the 3 icons in boot and i could select android and it booted into android. When i restart it it goes back to TWRP and i can ADB again and get to android. So i need to know how to just flash everything back to stock or another rom from android or can I? it seems my problem i flashed TWRP and it was not the modded one from androwook. I tried a modded one i found on the forum that was suppose to be for it, i used terminal to do it, and it said it worked but when i restart the same thing happens.

Bump this thread tomorrow mate as I am off out soon and I need you to try some things.
Do not go wiping anything as it looks like you can still get into android at the moment.
Ok Great, i did try terminal a blob file you had in one of your posts but didnt work.
So here is a recap of were i am at:
Tried to reflash the tablet because it was getting slow etc.
Got into a recovery bootloop. etc
So right now everytime i restart it goes to the asus logo and just will restart every 5 secs or so and come back with asus logo.
If i hold down vol down it will boot straight into recovery.
In recovery it will not mount ext drive. i was able to see it once and flashed the zip file i had and didnt work.
if i ADB and type adb restart bootloader, it will restart to the 3 icons of recovery, android, wipe data.
I can also do fastboot i believe.
I can then pick android and it boots up to my android will all my apps and data still there.
I tried to terminal the blob recovery you had posted an it said it worked, but when i restarted it went to the same asus logo over and over.
that is about where i am at now.
thanks
I know its early, but here is the Bump you requested.
THANKS AGAIN!

I haven't forgotten about you. I just had a new device and have been messing with it all day.
The problem with the mounting normally occurs when you flash an incompatible twrp onto the wrong bootloader.
Unfortunately your first post and some of your other info is all over the place.
Lets start by going into TWRP and typing adb reboot bootloader and tell me the version number up the top left of the screen.
It will start with a 10.
10.6.1.8-20130225. A03
Twrp. 2.5.0.0
Android build. Androwook prime hairy bean v2.2

I don't think I ever supplied a Twrp 2.5 until hairybean 2.31 so it looks like you flashed that yourself and flashed the wrong version.
First this I would try is flashing the twrp from the following link in fastboot and see if you can get a working version of twrp back on there that can mount properly.

Right I have got it to boot onto recovery and installed the jellybean bootloader, but now it only boots when I go to recovery abd boot as normal, also when I try to charge it when on it freezes the whole tablet and charges very slowly. Also when I am in recovery and I went to wipe Calvin cache and data it comes up "are you sure, no OS installed" and then when I do wipe it it's says successful but also unable to mount e/ data, no file or folder found. I am also unable to mount the sd card? Sorry for the long post but I wanted to get all the problems in, thanks fir all your help

So you have the ICS bootloader installed if you followed what I said above. You have to use the ICS TWRP. Use that version to do the procedure you first started with. Restore version 2.3 system, boot and addon, then before reboot the Jellybean bootloader.
Sorry for slow response out of town this weekend.
