You've changed the statusbar tiles. How did you manage that without system ui going nuts?
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda app-developers app

nice rom
i like this rom very much. its fast and smooth. :good:
i have a little trouble with the camera, when i take a picture i get a message that says gallery stopped. when i open the gallery there is no image available. sometimes the camera let me take a picture and then it goes with no problem. i can then open the gallery, and my picture is right there.
and some ringtones arent working properly. when i set a ringtone and i receive a call it rings ones and then there is no sound.
can anyone tell me if there is a script like s2e. cause i cant get this to work under aokp only on cm10.1. i now use link2sd but that slows my phone down at start up. s2e runs more smoother.

Done all that. System ui went into a force close loop. Had to factory reset.

Is the PAC build smoth compared to erikcas nightly build (if you tried it yet)?
I've used PAC on my nexus 7 but I didn't quite like it since I only wanted what aokp was offering, in the end I just went with pure AOKP.

Re: [GENERAL] AOKP JB 4.2.2 mr1 build1 by Erikcas
First day. Battery terrible. Hopefully it will improve.
Tried PAC not for me.
Performance of this ROM is the best.

Re: [GENERAL] AOKP JB 4.2.2 mr1 build1 by Erikcas
Did you wipe youre battery stats, like the dev haa posted in his own thread? When i installed the rom i turned off my ace. And let it charge tillit said 100%. Then i booted into recovery i wiped my battery stats with charger plugged in. Then i restarted the phone. When it was ready to use i unplugged the charger. The battery usages was a bit high. But that is normal, with a fresh installed rom.

Does anyone know if its just 4.2.1 that does this ? If so I will flash 4.1.2 on instead?

Read the specific thread for your issue. But 'development' for Jellybam has stopped and the thread is closed, so maybe think about moving on to another rom

Stock Android ROMS

Hi guys, i have by far only used TouchWiz rom. For days, i tried the aokp mr1 build 6.It was super awesome and smooth but just that sometimes, there would be a message stating that the camera was not connected. and when i flashed custom kernels(Siyah) it crashed and i had to reinstall the rom. I was wondering if there are any other roms out there that are like aokp that do not have this problem. Thanks for taking your time to see this thread, and i wish you guys have a pleasant day! I hope to get some answers soon!^^
As you might have read, all aosp aokp roms have this camera issue.

The rom sure, but the camera might have some glitches, e.g. slimbean has the same camera not connecting when you use the Canberra wrong, if I remember well: from camera scroll to album, close to homescreen and next time camera will not connect. I read that this is a aosp aokp problem, whereas please correct me if it was fixed
Here one link to an explanation: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2113526

[Q] Best JellyBean 4.2.2 rom?

What is the best Vibrant jb 4.2 rom?:cyclops::cyclops:
Its a matter of an opinion. Slim bean is nice and small. Cyanogenmod well its pretty much the original. Avatar is the ROM that is not only extremely customizable (miui) it also can have have ota updates. Root box(my port) is fast and pretty stable with built in pie. Cyanaosp(also my port) is meant for gaming and runs hardcore games pretty well. If I left any ROMs out I'm sorry I just named what came to my head
If I helped you, hit the thanks button!
