As long as you use Captain_Throwback's Full firmware you can go straight to 3.16

I am looking to finally s-off my evo, finally. But i have read that the FacePalm method does not work with build 3.16 but it does for 3.15. How do I know what version i have? I am HTCDev unlocked and im running a PACMAN rom. i have HBOOT 2.09 and radio 1.12.11.1119.

3.16.651.3 should be your build number, if you're on the latest firmware.

He's not on the latest firmware. The latest firmware baseband ends in 1210, which his does not.

I currently have S-OFF configured on my phone. If I apply any stock RUU does it be reset to S-ON? I don't want that.
