So anytime I try to DL some attachment in the stock browser (E-mail attachment, d/l from some link etc) the browser crashes. I usually just open it up in Firefox to grab it. I cant figure out when this issue started or what is causing it. I prefer to use the stock browser as it feels more integrated than Firefox does.
Any ideas what is causing this?

FINALLY got a chance to play around w my Galaxy 10.1 last night. Mostly looking on line, setting up bookmarks/favorites etc.
I have a question on the web browser. Every time I click on a link, it opens a new tab. After 10/15 minutes of browsing, I had tons of tabs opened up top. Is there any way to make the browser "behave" like Mozilla Firefox does on my home PC? In other words when I click on a link, it just goes to that web page without opening a new tab up top.
Also, when I shut down the browser, then re-open it, all of the tabs I had been looking at are still there. Basically what I'd like to have happen is to have all the tabs close out when I close out the browser.
Is there a workable solution to these issues?? Can I change the settings somewhere? Should I download a different browser??

Yes. You may need to download another browser. It seems stock browser cannot fulfill your request.
I recommend Dolphin Browser for Tablets.
I found out that my stock browser seems to auto close itself when I am loading heavy image sites like amazon with more than 2 tab. Is this normal and could anyone tell me why and is there a way to fix it? Thanks
My stock ICS browser crashes at least once a day. This is both before and after yesterday's update.
I can't help with a solution, but I wanted to chime in. My browser seems to be crashing a lot lately, too. It just closes and goes back to the homescreen for no reason...
I have this problem on all browsers I've tried, stock, dolphin HD, and maxthon.
I am using the Photon's stock web browser. Recently, it keeps misfunctioning. When I tried to browse web, it only has a very tiny block showing on the browser top, and keeps frozon. What is the problem?
Download Dolphin browser HD or Mini and see if the problem persists. Most of us don't even use the stock browser, we download dolphins right away and never look back.

after i started to use chrome i uninstalled default web browser because i really like chrome performance. but i realized chrome doesnt have flash player and i cant open some site.
if someone share it ill be happy.

More often than not, when I try and download a file from a file-sharing site (e.g. rapidgator, uploaded..) it will complete instantly but will say the download failed. Any suggestions as to why?

I get this all the time. Try using dolphin browser to do your downloading and chrome for surfing.

as what we have suggested above, try using Dolphin Browser or better yet, the stock browser. i also have noticed that the Chrome browser has minor bugs to resolved
