No. You have to flash the corresponding kernel each time you change your android version. At the moment there is no kernel supporting cm7 and cm9 the same time.
send from my mt11i with cm10 unofficially (TheDarkDefender build) on fusion kernel v5

SOLVED: used latest syah kernel 5.01 and worked as primary revolt and secondary MIUI. No problems so far, i think dream kernel would work also on this matter.

Good that you resolved it but there is no need to bump/double post your thread. You have an edit button.

There are 2 Threads for that...
One is for 4.1.2 / CM 10.1 or CM 10.2 and the other one is for Samsung 4.3 Roms /
Cyanogen Mod 10.2 is a 4.3 ROM.
is CM 10.2 = Cyanogen Mod 10.2?
Thanks....
1.7.9 version yes
2.0.7 no

Another question....
Is there a way to revert back from Googy Max Kernel to CM 10,2 Stock Kernel?
Thanks....
So I've dorimanx 8.xx and I tried this kernel with cm and it worked. Also I ran it with miui (although I had to install it with kitkat compatible cwm) and it also worked.
When trying to install both roms at the same time one of the ROMs will end up in a bootloop.
Most of time it's miui though...
Somebody has an idea what I've to do in order to make it run?

hi
mui 4.1.2 or mui 4.4 ?
because if its 4.1.2 , you need mui version modified to dualboot with dorimanx kernel branch 8. and you said cm 10.1.3 boot with 8.xx ? with one of branch 8 ?
thanks

It's miui 4.1.2 (v5) yeah, didn't know there's a modified version?
I know dorimanx 8.xx actually is for stock Rom if I remember correctly but as it seemed to work for cm 10.1.3 I didn't care about that
Looking at your signature I presume u know a few things about dual boot

Does flashing a cyanogenmod ROM flash the kernel along with that or it needs to be flashed seperately

Both the ways you can! It will be better if you flash kernel after cyanogen booted up!
No No
My question was whether flashing a cyanogenmod custom rom gives us stock kernel + cm rom or cm kernel + cm rom
