When even I go to settings > Lock+Wallpaper option it crashes and also I cant increase the volume beyond 13/30 .
What to do guys ?

Hi all
Here´s the thing. I dont get any sound or vibration when i get new sms. Clock changes 5 or 6 time a day. Sometimes the sound is off, and i need to reboot my phone to get it work. Pls can anyone help me about these problems .

Im still a noob with HD2 and roms, as i only recieved mine 3 days ago..
But i guess for people to help u, u should indicate your Rom, Spl, radio, tweaks, what u installed, custom things, etc, any info that could help people indicate what might be wrong?
Clock Problems:
Go to the Settings tab. Select Menu -> All Settings -> Personal -> Phone -> GSM/UMTS Services. Highlight Time Synchronization and select 'Get Settings...'. Untick 'Automatic change time zone and clock'.
SMS Sounds:
Go to the Settings tab. Select Menu -> All Settings -> Sounds & Notifications -> Notifications. In the Event Box select Messaging: New message. Tick the 'Play sound' box and pick a sound you want and/or tick the Vibrate box.

I think it asked me if I wanted to use it as default the first time I used it. If you said no it should ask you if you go to Settings > Applications > Manage applications > Phone and clear your defaults and try again.

I am using:
Galaxy S2
Cyanogenmod 7.1
I need a shortcut from my homescreen to:
Settings > Call Settings > Additional Settings.
Long-Hold on Homescreen > Custom Shortcut > Pick your Activity > Activities > Settings
gives me a BUNCH of options to set as a shortcut except the one i need =(
Is there some solution to my problem?

Not all settings are able to have shortcuts unfortunately, and there's nothing you can do. The same goes for the Samsung ROMs as well.
I trued every setting and i dont receive any notification, i have not social media apps only news apps that i use all the day, sports geek android news many apps that i cant be notified despite that updates are very recurrent all the day
Try switching off battery optimisation for your app
Settings - > Apps & Notififcations -> Apps -> (cogwheel) Settings -> Special Access -> Ignore battery optimisation -> switch off for your apps
Settings -> Battery -> Launch - set to "Manage manually" whatever you need
Did a factory reset and notification seems to work perfectly, i did not change any settings i just left them handled by the phone. Battery seems greater also
Just a quick question is Nova Launchers animation speed option not working for everyone else? No matter what I pick it is always stays the same (quite a bit slower than the stock launcher)

You can always change animation speed in developer options: settings > about phone > tap build number 7 times > settings > system > developer options
