Hi Guys,
I have Milagrow 7.16c tablet with
Model Number MGPT09
Android ICS version 4.0.4,
BaseBand Version MW100G_Base_V300R20
Kernel version 3.0.8 [email protected] #50
Build Number MGPT09 20121008
when i try to use the encrypt tablet, it goes to the black screen with Android Logo doing nothing for hours.
Is there any file missing in Android OS thats causing this.
I have searched a lot about the issue, but not getting any resolution.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also can someone tell me a similar ROM for the above, so that i can try to root it with a new rom? its a 3G calling tablet.

Hi, I'm new to this website and was wondering if you can help me. Ive got an android phone with FROYO 2.2. Ive search all over the internet for custom ROMs and updates for my phone but no luck. By the way, my phone is called Cherry Mobile Candy.
About phone:
Model Number: L102
Android Version: 2.2.1
Baseband Version: MAUI.10A.W10.48.MP.V5.F1, 2011/01/27 16:48
Kernel Version: 2.6.32.9
[email protected]#1
Mon Oct 17 17:06:18 CST 2011
Build Number: L102-M24.Cherry.l3.BT.FM.WF.42.V006
If I'm missing something please feel free to suggest anything. I really want to try out some custom roms for my phone or updates to boost it up. Thank you.
I don't think you can find any custom ROM for this device, it's a low category Android Phone. But the best quality of Android it's his portability, so you can try to give some informations on porting Android for this device.
Yes your'e right its a low end phone. What benefits i can get if do that Android porting your'e saying?
so can i get an update with this phone?
Porting is a sort of manual building of a ROM for your device. For example my Gio support Gingerbread but not ICS officially, but there are guys that are working on the source of ICS and build the ROM for my device.
Android is open - source, so anyone can do this, whit the right skills.
Hey men, i really need your help!!. So this is how it goes,
Ive Downloaded Rom Manager. ive explored all of its contents, and i bumped to this Boot into recovery option. I tap it without knowing what will it do to my phone. Then the recovery screen appears, i scrolled down to clear all caches and then i choose yes, my phone turns on with no problem, But the thing is when i slide the unlock panel to unlock my phone, i just see a complete black screen, with the notification bar,(with time and the signal indicator) im not sure what to do with this.
As i search through the internet, my phone is not yet bricked, It can boot up to recovery mode, and the test mode. The dumbest decision ive made though, i did not make any backup of my system.
can you help me,sir? thank you,
Try factory resetting the phone.

Hi there (topic should say GT-i9100G)
Been searching for days to find a way to root my GT-i9100G model. I found plenty for previous builds of my kernel but nothing for this current one.
So I'm at the end of my wits and for the first time in years I'm turning to creating a thread on a forum, getting ready for the flame.
kernel: 2.6.35.7 DELL165 dpi @ # 2
Android version: 2.3.6
Build number is: GINGERBREAD.XXLA1
Baseband version: I9100GXXKL4
I had a i900 from work but after it broke my work phone was replaced with this model and I'm sick of not being able to run ICS on it.
Anyways, wanna get CWM on it, but I'm very green at the whole custom ROM scene, only thing I ever rooted was my 10.1 tab with Odin to flash AOKP's builds :\
Anyways, if anyone has any tip, don't be shy.

You DID mean GT-i9100G, right?
Need to know more, anyways. Build number?
Use super one click
Yes of course, silly me, GT-i9100G is my phone.
Build number is: GINGERBREAD.XXLA1
Baseband version: I9100GXXKL4
I've read others talk about super one click, the reports were very mixed and I think this build will not work, or am I wrong?

I believe SuperOneClick requires an insecure kernel to be flashed to your phone first before using it, right? You just have to make sure the insecure kernel is for the I9100G, and not the I9100. And if you cannot find an exact match for your kernel version for an insecure kernel, you will need a copy of your secure kernel to flash back when you're done rooting.
I'm afraid I don't know where to get these things for an I9100G, however, so you're on your own to look for them. (unless someone who knows this information sees this post and is kind enough to post it to you)
EDIT to add: that said, I've heard of a few custom kernels for the I9100G that, when flashed, will root your phone for you. I don't remember what they are though, you'll have to search for them.
EDIT 2: Found one (superatmos) that has a version compatible with your build.
Guys,
I'm giving a link to the Elijah Phantom U9 firmware (Allwiner A10, 9,7'). Code name is T05A, and crane_evb-eng 4.0.3. IML74K 20120322 test-keys
I'm posting this link, since this firmware is nowhere to be found on the internet. I got it from the producer of the tablet, since I bricked mine.
http://depositfiles.com/files/e482b1ugw
I'm not going to go in detail how to reflash your firmware, since there are many already on the internet. I used LiveSuit 1.07 for mine. The procedure is after telling LiveSuit what options you want & where is the firmware, on a switched off tablet to hold down what appears to be the Volume down key and then put the USB cable in. The reflashing process takes a minute or two.
Hero
Thanks for sharing, will try it tomorrow.
Also got a bricked tablet while I had the same signatures like T05A and someting with crane.
Googled it and my tablet looks exactly like: Elijah Phantom U9
No good custom roms around?
And is there a way to get CWM installed?
Anyone with knowledge about this?
Assistance?
My modelnumber is now: MID970
Android 4.0.3
Smalband version: 0.9
Kernel: 3.0.8+ [email protected]
Not as you described, did I do anything wrong? (It's older then the T05A with smalband 1.0 and a kernel with crane_evb-eng 4.0.3. IML74K 20120322 test-keys)
P.s. I also found Visture V3 (Exactly the same looking tablet.)
P.p.s. This software is from Eken A90.
Hi all,
I have an 8GB YP-G70. It's been rooted - when I first got it, I was going to use Titanium - but then my wife wanted it, so I gave it to her and forgot about it. Now she's got a new phone and I can't find the tools I used to root it or any of my notes, I must have erased the folder.
I know I bought it from Woot. If I recall, it was not actually a US version? Kies says it's got the latest firmware but I'm not sure it checks the firmware if the device is rooted.
It has the hard button for the home key.
I'd like to know what is the latest stock ROM I can use, I want the camera and everything else to work. Any help is appreciated.
It has:
Firmware version
2.2.2
Kernel version 2.6.32.9
[email protected] #1
Build number
FROYO.XXKD6
I believe you have the INTL model.
CM 10.2.

Thank you, that was it. I was able to update to 2.3.6 using Odin.
In case someone else gets one and they don't know the difference, the international version has a physical home button and the US version has a capacitive (touchscreen) home button.
Hello guys,
I am noob on android devices and I would like to upgrade my IconiaTab A501 because most of applications are not compatible with this version.
I am in Android 4.0.3 and I would like to upgrade to the lastest one.
I have tried to do the system update but it always says the network cover is too low please move to another place to get better cover. I have read on internet that this message means it cant be updated by itself we need to find another way as it does not concern wifi.
I saw that its now Android 9.1 but i am not sure it can be installed in my tablet.
Could you guys please help to know which is the lastest Android version i can install in my A501?
Also my image is Acer_AV041_A501_RV20RC08_WW_GEN1
Thanks for your help
