Hello I am testing several ROMs with Android 2.3.7 and I have the problem all the lights are lit keyboard while the display is turned on, I tried the D4fix but does not solve the problem ...
I hope I can help, Thanks!
Another problem I have is that the wi-fi disconnects per second, is there any solution for this?
I have a x10 mini pro (stock kernel, I can not unlock the bootloader) and I meet all the requirements for installing the ROMs but I have these problems

Not very helpful, apart from the keyboardlight fix. He can't unlock his bootloader, so he can't flash the nAa-GB kernel and so he can't run MiniCM7-2.2.1. He might still be able to use the fix for his keyboardlights though.

Restarting wont help. I dont use any custom dialers and whatnot. It's all original rom, nothing hacked or changed. Phone is Xperia Arc S, android 4.0.4, build 4.1.B...

Nope, it's not rooted.
Hello,
I have pretty messy problem with X10, which i have to repair.
The problem is - when i want to turn my wifi on, after about 20 seconds of waiting phone shows "Error", that's just with my bluetooth - same.
Phone had 2.3.3 official android on it. I tried to make a factory reset, but nothing. Then i unlocked bootloader, flashed tons of ROMs and kernels and no progress. Some roms (or kernels) got me to next progress, i was able to turn wifi on, but it won't show me any of wifi networks available.
ONLY i get progress, when i installed MIUI ROM, i was able to see my wifi network, BUT that rom was real mess. It hot rebooted all the time after 10 sec. after boot up. Is there real possibilities to solve this problem? I have tried about 3 days to get it work, but nothing...
p.s i havent tried to install any of older firmwares (like 1.6; 2.1 or smth)
Thanks!
Hope you'll understand me, coz i'm not from any English country, lol.
Flash a stock kernel and its wifi modules. then report back.

Did you repair with SEUS or PC Companion ?? If not, that's the first step :good:
As Madmike above says if you have big problem's use SEUS.
You can try drag and dropping a FTF file like this for eg. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212260 into flashtool.
Follow instruction's from op.
Download V.4 And check no final verifacation in flash-tool.
Need latest version of flashtool's. For drag n drop.
Hope it help's.
I just tried repairing phone with SEUS, but no result.

Does repairing with SEUS not work or does WIFI after repairing still not working??
If WIFI does not work after SEUS repair, I'm quite sure it is hardware related. Too bad ... you could try open the phone and reassign all the connectors on the pcb, worked for me once when speaker was broken, but thats just last hope or alternative...

Same here. We need a solution. This problem isn't a hardware, but software. How about drivers and all that? Is it possible to reinstall drivers?

Anyone can help? Need a solution for this problem!
So, i just installed MM TEAM MIUI stock rom, which came with kCernel kernel. Also, there was wifi modules. So i tried to install it without wifi module at the begginning. So - again wifi error. BUT, when i installed wifi module, now i can turn wifi on, BUT.. it doesn't show me any wifi network + the device restarts all the time for about 5 sec. after boot.
Any ideas for fixing WiFi?

A few days ago when i was installing a custom rom i had a problem, and i have had to reinstall the rom again. Since that moment the phone doesn't sound or vibrates. I've tried reinstalling the rom and other roms, installing other kernels but nothing works. the only way i can hear something is connecting an headset. by the way there is no problem when i talk.

I would recommend you to flash back stock ROM and see that whether it works or not. If it works then it is a problem with the custom ROM and if not, repair it with SUS or contact SONY.

I've been thinking that, but its not just the speaker, also the buzzer (i don't know if that is the name). and all the problem started together while installing the rom.
So i am looking for any ideas about a software problem, before send it to change the parts...

so take it to Sony Centre for checking or repairing.
I'm facing a major problem that when someone call me, usually the phone will ring.
But what happening is when i receive a incoming call, it will hang and no ring, just vibrate but the screen is still working..
So i just answer the phone as usual but now is the problem.
As the result that we need to wait for a few second, and now only my phone ring.
So now i have to answer the phone once more time to make the ringtone stop as normal answering the phone which the connection is already establish.
Does anyone else facing the same problem
Or somebody know how to fix this problem
Sorry for my poor grammar:silly:
thanks
You mind giving some more details on your device, eg. which one is it, what firmware version installed, root, BL locked or not.
Grammar is not important, details are.

There are many official Sony ROMs, which version is yours?
6.2.A.0.400 was really horrible, on 6.2.A.1.100 there is some lag of the phone, more in outgoing calls for me, but it's not so bad.

Could be some software you install maybe.
Original kernel? On some custom kernels I had the phone ring but the phone only comes up a few seconds later, don't have this problem with stock kernel. Ans I cancel vibrate on ring so maybe its related to that too.

Interesting, your signature says you are on CM 10.2
i just change it for testing.
will change back if not stable.
If you flash stock again do it with SUS or PCC, see if you get better results.

SUS - Sony Update Service
PCC - PC Companion
SUS won't update unlock BL, so wouldn't PCC, but PCC will download the files you can create a TFT file from.
