Can someone please confirm if usb host( otg cable) is working in the leaked ics rom?
I just tried and no dice. Although it does require kernel support also and im running a custom one. I asked chad if he could include usb host support in his next release so we'll see then
So currently usb host doesn't work with any kernel and rom?

I don't know about complete stock. Since I flashed chads kernel and he doesn't have the source yet usb only works for charge. It doesn't work for mass storage. He said when he gets usb working that he'll enable usb host mode on kernel side and we can see then
I can do mass storage via sense on mostly stock ics/stock kernel

USB OTG needs kernel and rom support. But AFAIK, ICS has OTG support built in, but I haven't been able to get it to work.

Is it possible to flash the new baseband from the SD card? My LG Optimus One will not be detected by windows. It's not that it can't find the drivers, windows does not see the device. I've tried 3 different USB cables and two different computers to no avail. I asked around and people told me my PCB needs to be replaced. Unforunately my phone is out of warranty, so I was wondering if there is any other way to flash to the new baseband without having to deal with a usb cable?
NO!

YOU SAVE MY TIME..
AWESOME..!!!!
when installing CM9, there's no gsm data,
they say.. the only way is change the baseband to the newer one..(v20)
googling everwhere..
i tried to update baseband via LGMDP.exe or official updater from LG..
but NONE of them works.. because the computer didn't recognize the O1 port.
but your flashable zip is just plain AWESOME..
thank you very much..
IT WORKS without doing stupid complicated things with LGMDP.. :good:
? Flashed this but didn't change in " about phone" does it just not say it changes

Same usb debugging prob, with reddy's ics rom, fxp-133.
Hi there.
I m also having same problem, n still hanging on it.
Here, is what i had done,
Rooted my x10i 2.3.3
Flashed fxp-133 kernel given in dev thread of reddy using flashtool v9.0
Performed wipes using cwm recovery
Flashed Custom Rom> Flashed Stock Xperia GX ICS
Reboot
Flashed Addon pack in first post
It loaded well, i used Titanium to get all my data> successful
But then i opened settings>developer options> Android Debbuging (Ticked)> ADB over network (Ticked)
Connected to PC but only USB Storage was notified, no debugging happened.
NOW WHAT, I want to use Flashtools.
Can anyone help.. Thanks for Efforts.

I tried installing the drivers that came with flashtool and it worked but only when using flashtool. So if I want to unlock the bootloader, which I am currently trying to do, I have to go to the folder which contains the drivers. Where's that? If not I'll be limited to stock kernels and certain roms. Help will be appreciated thanks

Argh Idk whats going on. When I tried going into fastboot mode it still tells me that the drivers are not installed. Thinking back, when I was flashing the stock Sony kernel for rooting using flashtool Im not actually sure it got into fast boot. I just plugged it in and it started flashing. So I dunno. I've already disabled driver enforcement as suggested in the other thread but I still can't seem to install. When I go into device manager and tried updating drivers, pointing it to the location with the USB drivers it told me it couldn't find any suitable drivers >< Please help thanks!

Hello to the community, it is my first topic on XDA.
Perform a Port from a CM7 rom (Port) of Team Nexus Optimus Me and the Motorola Atrix CM7 nightly (base).
The port turned successful, the rom booting and works without problems, some minor bug repairable.
But the connection usb does not work, just load, but when I connect the usb, the phone does not show any usb connection and and the computer either.
Anyone know how to fix the usb connection?
greetings to all!: O: Confundido:

Libs come from the ROM for your device. Did you build from ground up or did you use the copy/cut and paste method?

To carry just copy and paste files from one ROM to another. also used a bat file that ends porting the ROM and I believe the flashable zip.

ok, i'm not familiar with the bat file, but i do believe i saw something about a bat file somewhere.
i have limited experience in the world of porting. i build a rom from ground up for the dx (cm7) and had to port it to a working cm7 based off of the kernel configuration. i had copied all my files except lib, etc, bin, and xbin and brought it over to the already working rom. i zipped it up and flashed it and everything works. you could try doing that, but with your project to see if it works
