and the app is paid app..dont know how that person put in in themes and apps section with mirrors..whereas here as OP is saying that he has full permission to distribute the app from his uncle so downloading from here wont be considered warez

U cant use it as system app? Have u ever tried? Cuz i can use many apps as system apps running MiniCM7 nightly-30 and nAa-13 kernel?
And the theme, just search for a xperia theme.. I`m using xperia theme right now... Xperia s theme v007 build 103...

And wrong because this MIUI is not official its a port of Nexus S MIUI and miui.us is not a official MIUI site its a fan site only miui.com is http://en.miui.com/download.html
