After rooting my device i installed cyanogenmod without gaining s-off....
I relocked my device and tried to run RUU but none worked...

How to find my RUU....If so please send me the link

You probably need an Indian RUU and I've never seen one posted here. There was another user looking for one but I don't know if he found it or not.
Your best bet may be to PM one of the Indian users that are active on these forums.

Not sure what you can do now, but maybe you can supercid and use european RUU. Cant say for sure if it will work or not or your device will be usable. Also not sure if you can change cid while being s-on......
Why dont you just install another sense ROM?
i dnt hve any idea??

Can you help me. I need to enable gsm phone on my Flyer. The details are following:
***UNLOCKED*** unlocked from htcdev
FLYER PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT - 1.11.0011
Radio - 3822.10.00.07_M
I cannot s-off using the Revolutionary method as it does not cover my HBOOT version. It doesn't matter if i have to downgrade or not, however i cannot find a post which specifically covers my details.
All i need is to enable the phone function. Can you please help me!?

I don't think I've seen a downgrade method for your hboot. You might have to live with unlocked bootloader and S-On. If you want to flash custom ROMs, root, etc., you will still have those benefits. The only real difference is that you have to flash boot.img manually using fastboot, every time you flash a custom ROM.

I was actually wrong about there not being a downgrade method for 1.11.0011. There was one posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2070140
The RUUs thread linked in the guide is obsolete (dead/deleted download links). But the method seems to be valid.

If unbranded you can just use the Europian RUU
Do you want ICS or GB ruu?
And what is your current radio version

If I remember right, error 155 means you need to lock your bootloader first before running the ruu.

Interesting. I've given that advice to others and it worked for them. This was the source I used, maybe try what it says anyway just to make sure:

It basically says to make sure you are in fastboot (the bootloader will say fastboot USB) first before running the ruu.exe.
Also, from a Google search, others have said to make sure you have the right ruu for your phone and carrier.

and to answer ur question i flahed the wrong firmware...i used a gsm version instead of cdma...but thankfully i got an ruu to remove brick and restore it to stock....
my HTC evo 3d is unlocked S-on ..hboot is 1.53.007 ..can anyone tell me how I can make it S-off?....anyone please kindly tell me...this is my request....I saw many pages how to s-off ..but their links are broken..

i also have the same problem, help would be appriciated.
i asked for help myself and some guy provided me some link to a website to get ur hboot downgraded and than get s-off but works only for linux, followed the tutorial and it relocked my bootloader,wiped my whole phone (not sd card) and recovery....so only thing that was left was bootloader(the white screen) no android was or could be run at that moment. i struggled a lot to get my phone functioning and make it work. NEVER BUY HTC!...if u plan to play with it and put some custom roms and want to get updated dont buy it....so guess that makes htc unwanted in whole community...
please list the steps you did and the current state of your bootloader (hboot, s-on/off etc). did you perform the wire trick to get s-off?

if the rom you have on phone is stock 4.3 then the boot.img i provided is from my stock 4.3 rom and will flash via fastboot.
