Volume+ doesnt amplify headphone sound, also it dont work with JB roms as far as im aware.
There is a app called Faux sound, which has the capability, but then again it works with particular kernals, however the app developer does have some files that could be integrated somehow into any rom manually, you could take a look.

It dose boost headphone vol. It's in the settings. Have had it working on either v6 or one I'm on now but wasn't happy with quality of the sound. Rom I'm on is jb. I no on playstore it says it don't work but on mine it did it's just I wasn't happy with the sound quality. Volume+ playstore try it. If it don't work delete it and try another.
Edit: just installed to see and yes works but crap quality compered to stweaks. Also headset settings is there. Thought I was going mad there for a min. What a waste of my time. Bk to set up my stweaks :banghead:

Hey guys,
I was using ICS (UK - O2 - LP2 version if I remember well) and the touch screen was very good.
Considering I'm from Brazil, I decided to move on to the Brazilian LP4 Oficial version. Now the touch screen sensitivity is very poor. It is usable but I can't use apps that require finer touch support. For instance, drawing something is almost impossible.
Do you guys happen to know a way to improve the touch screen?
If I could get the same quality from the UK version, I'd be very happy.
Thanks very much.
Syiah kernel + extweaks
I'm not using this combo right now, but i remember there was a setting in extweaks to tweak touch sensibility, maybe this helps.

or simply change the rom to newer or if the rom you are using has no issues with other users reflash same after wiping
Im using fluxi kernel which has touchscreen presets. One of which is gingerbread style. It's just like it used to be on GB.
I think fluxi might just be for cm9 aosp aokp firmware but I'm guessing siyah will pick it up soon??

What you are experiencing is a known bug.
Use Extweaks + DSP manager to boost headset volume.
Some third-party music and video players have hyper volume boost for headset

Oh, IT WORK! Thanks for all!
Hi U all. Im in a hurry
Headphone volume was perfect until yesterday when I connect my S2 to ax external speakers, everything fine but today a noticed Ive lost volume but in only 1 headphone speaker.
So I tried other headphones but with same resoults; after that I plug to the external speakers again but, after that I used the headphones and rigth now volume is almost cero.
SO: volume with external speakers partially work (not as loud as before)
volume with headphones is almost cero (al maximun)
I´ve flashed a stock JB rom but problem remains. I also flashed dorimanx kernel and, stweaks helped just a little bit
Im affraid Im in front to a hardware issue
Any suggestions for me ??
Thanks
Hello XDA.
I'm looking for either a rom with a good and loud volume for music, like Spotify, and play music. Or a good way to increase volume on my phone. I want it loud like when I used to have my iPhone and Gnex.

Is there any mod to improve the audio quality in CM10.1 ???, it's very bad and has a very low volume, I tried Pure Audio Studio V1.0 and ViPER4Android_FX, but it didn't help. By the way i'm using Slim Bean 4.2.2 Build 8 with it's Kernel.
Flash dorimanx kernel then go to stweak and in sound tab boost ur sound .this solve ur problem

The Kernel you are using has 2 Sound Engines (Scoobydoo and Wolfson) and they are not the same as Viper4Android. I use the Googy Kernel too and Viper4Android parallel to the Scoobydoo engine. Viper4Android enhances the Audio Quality a lot.
