Hello! Go to the development section for Titan, where there is a list of roms. Click on the Sianto edition rom and go to page 2 of the thread, scroll down a bit and someone asks the same question as you, and the developer very kindly gives a step by step guide. This is how I flashed my first rom on my Titan a few months ago for the first time. You won't have any probs if you follow each step. Hope this helps.

A couple of more things...if you're interested in HSPL your device one caveat, not all the Titan (Eternity) devices will successfully HSPL, I'm told the internal memory is the problem; I was able to successfully HSPL two of my devices, but it's not a guarantee thing. If you're interested in stock, that is the easier path to follow and of course, you can use Cab Sender to set those files up.

I'm new to xda-developers and started to want to upgrade my HTC TyTN to Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional. But, I cannot find any ROM's, and also i'm new to all this stuff so I need some guidance. Can someone help me?

Welcome to XDA-Developers.
All you need to do is flash Hard-SPL to unlock your phone (to put any sim in) and to also enable you to be able to flash custom roms in.
Then find any wm6.5 roms and flash it into your device...
I personally prefer the wm6.1 roms, they are most stable and faster imo.

Hey guys I have just come from a HTC imagio which is a windows mobile device with no option of having android, Although recently I bought a HTC HD2 which does have the option to put android on it.
Now my question to you is WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE between Nand and SD card rooting? ( I think that's the right terminology).
And are there relitivly simple ways of roming android onto my device other than rooting like with the imagio all I had to do was Hardspl then rom?
Just some info about what i'm getting my head into would be nice.
If this breaks any forum rules just delete it Mr Moderator.

My grandson just gave me an unlocked HTC HD2 device with Desire 2.2 android already installed on the nand and don't know how to move on with this device as it is my very first android/windows mobile device.
After much searching I came across this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1089768 which seemed to be similar to mine and after reading the very helpful post in the first reply I am stuck on what to do.
I basically want to upgrade to the newest software available for the HTC HD2 and has everything or most function working. If possible I want to wipe everything to brand new and start afresh with something new. Can someone please give me a nod in the right direction as to where to start as this already has desire android on it and it is confusing? I will really appreciate the help I can get. Sorry if I sound very noobish. Thanks in advance

Well short story, I just bought a nbew phone HTC radar. As i'm expected of course i'ts a locked WP7
I've already find thread related to unlock the phone OS. SPL HSPL and how to install custom rom
The problem is, i found this on my bootloader screen :

As far as i learn from various thread, i have to downgrade my SPL become 2.05/2.5
I have already tried gold card trick and have no luck, and as far as i'm concern it no use for SPL 4.X
Now, long story short i know that my SPL shpuld be downgrade, and probably to lower Shipped rom version such as 1.07 or 1.08 and then i use goldcard tricks and hope it will work. Finger cross at least i want to try it first.
Could any one of you give me ay solution of this problem? Or at least point me to a link that contain tutorial to FLASH STOCK ROM i want to try if maybe possible to downgrade to STOCK ROM with lower SPL.
Any kind of help and solution i aprciated much.
And once again i'm really sorry for my noob question. I'm totally new to WP7. Usually i play at android section, this is my first WP7 phone, and i'm not really familiar with all the terminology.

Gentlemen and Ladies. i apologise for the direct question but after reading the posts and thread about the upgrading of the ROM for an HTC Desire Z A7272 i m no longer the wiser. i simply don't understand the procedures well enough.
i am pleading for a step by step instruction of how i may install a custom latest version Android ROM onto this brand new network free NOS handset. i am happy to pay and even send the phone to somebody to do the root. i am based in the UK but very happy to send Europe wide if needed.
