There are some options you can choose from to get back to stock rom.
Sony pc companion , sus and flashtool.
As you are on cm you must look if PC companion and sus identify your phone.
For flash tool look at development stickys. You will find flashtool and stock ftf files for your neo l.

Do i need to download kernel, Rom also ?? or i just need to download the ftf file of NEO L ???

you only need to download the ftf file of neo l and flash that using flashtool

As LoneWanderer was wrote, you should use Flashtool with a stock firmware.
Flashtool link here.
Firmware list link here, the original thread is here.

if they dont update your phone your last solution is this
http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/35239?tstart=0
If you want to flash ICS manually then it can be easily done through flashtool..
It doesn't require rooting your phone or unlocked bootloader..
Just refer to the thread..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1678690
This has the Neo ICS ftf file which you need to flash using flashtool!
The same thread has the link to flashtool also in case you don't about it!

It's because of that the ics is not released for your territory yet !!
so you can download the ics from here if you have st25i :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1918920.Check
and download it from here if you have st25a :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1916419&highlight=ftf+roms
then install them according to this topic :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=19684949#post19684949
so .. u mean that i have to install the old firmware and let the PC companion update my phone or i have to fully install the ICS using the flashtool ?

[Q] Noob Question onf going back to stock

Hi All,
sorry if this has been asked before,
but I don't have any experience with Sony Experia before.
I have the device Experia Neo L (mt25i)
it already install with turbo kernel( support multi boot)
and a rom in mmc
i would like to go back to the original sony ericson stock rom & kernel.
I've read up and has download the flash tool from http://www.flashtool.net/download.php
but i haven't found the stock rom & kernel, appreciate if you can point out the original rom & kernel.
also i noticed that in Experia model you have unlock bootloader etc.
what is the process do i have to go to return this device to original stock rom ?
Thank you

[Q] Xperia mini not rooting

My xperia mini was soft-bricked and I recovered by flashing the kernel....Now my xperia mini is not rooting . I trid almost all the rooting metods but they are of no use.......Every time when i try to root my mobile ....rooting process will be aborted.please hell me
You're talking about stock ROM, right?
Check if your kernel is rootable. On Neo V .587 firmware has non-rootable kernel, so you have to flash kernel from .462 firmware (just kernel).
