[Q] RELOCKED H-boot 1.53.007 - HTC EVO 3D

I will try to explian what i did , and if u can hlp me pls .. I buy htc evo 3d from some guy on internet , phone was perfect evrything was wokring till 2 monts after i try to start wifi he write error , then i try to put new android rom on phone .. And i must say i am noob in all of this , so i try this thing 1st
1. Through fastboot. Open the command prompt, connect your device by USB cable, check USB debugging is enabled. and enter the following code
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
wait till your device enters bootloader and shows fastboot USB, now enter the following code.
a. For unbranded devices.
Code:
fastboot oem writecid HTC__001
fastboot oem lock
fastboot oem reboot bootloader
Please note that in the cid there are 2 underscores before 001.
b. For branded devices such as Vodafone.
Code:
fastboot oem writecid VODAP001
fastboot oem lock
fastboot reboot bootloader
You can even change that CID to HTC__001.
Once you have achieved S-OFF you can change your cid back to original.

After this from ****Unlocked***** now i have this *****RELOCAKED****** Security Warning !!!
Now i can't use recovery , but before i was easly in recovery with one click (clockwordmod) , now i can't join in recovery!
On my screen i have this :

Before all this i tryed to install http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1277431 so i wipe evrything and format evrything so now i dont have backup or some other os , now i am stuck at bootloader and i can't fix , PLS HLP ME TO FIX THIS I DONT HAVE money to pay in service .. Pls hlp , sry for my crapy eng. i am trying rly hard!

Guys can some1 hlp me with this problem? Can i install any normal android right now? Some simple way , just to turn on phone so i can use !?

Hey just calm down, I had the same problem. And i cant return to stock etc. So were stuck with rooted evos
Firstly to solve your recovery problem you'll have to re unlock your bootloader. NOTE you might have to reflash recovery
That's it really, I take it you'll know what to do from there... Such as the possibility of flashing a rom

Just simply flash original ICS ruu file from here http://www.androidfiles.org/ruu/?dir=Shooter
run on pc and folow steps.
