Failed update to ics..... - Sony Tablet S

All right, im in big trouble. I performed the update to ics on a win 8 machine using the Flasher tool. It performed the flash of system and datapp and then asked me which hidden image I wanted. I chose the 'rc1' (I think it was called) and it downloaded the file. But it refused to flash the file and got stuck on the command 'wget' (I assume that is to pull a file from the net). I waited for a full 10 minutes at 100% of the hidden.img download (Black Screen on tab). Now, when I rebooted it, is stuck on the sony logo. It gets into recovery and I have adb recovery access. I cannot use the command 'adb shell'. I passed an my old firmware through sd card to get it back to hc, but that did not work.

I can assume my build.prop file is okay (Check the red-highlighted text) but sku fails.
I bought this in India and I think I had the right firmware of hc (signed-nbx03_026-ota-0042.002.zip).
What do I do?
I wish to go back to hc or proceed to ics (with root).

The SKU version is too high, look at the red text and the SKU version.
