Is your bootloader unlocked... You didn't flash the kernel...
Sent from my Xperia Neo V using xda app-developers app
Neo is dead
The bootloader is locked, in fact, I can't do anything by now, when I turn on my mobile, no led light, just vibrate for a second and stop at the "SONY" screen and no respond.

Just install flashtool with its usb drivers and then do what ever it tells you to do.
Oh. Just pull your battery out and insert it again. Then start flashool on your pc. Now while your phone is OFF press and hold BACK key and plug your phone into computer. Dont press any other keys. After that your notification LED should be green and flashtool should find your phone. After that you can release back key. Congratulations! You are in flash mode now so you can flash stock firmware with stock kernel.

I'll start explaining: I made my SD Card to get an EXT2 partition with MiniTool Partition. After that, I had nothing in SD Card so I flashed a new rom. The problem is I forgot to wipe because I thought that it was already wiped by partitioning the SD card. Now I can't get into recovery/I don't know how to. When my phone boots it gets sticked in Sony Logo
Updated 20 minutes later: Phone doesn't even boots. I'm freaking scared now
ADDITIONAL INFO:
I had the same problem one year ago with my LG Optimus One and I fix it by entering Emergency Mode so I could flash it with some program, if I'm not mistaken. I really don't remember much
Thanks in advance
When you power on, press the volume down button untill you get back on recovery.
If this doesnt work, try to flash original firmware with Flashtool.

I couldn't get into recovery that way. It just doesn't wake up anymore.
When I try flashing stock firmware, Flashtool doesn't recognize the phone and even if I try, it doesn't move from the screen that says:

It's not first boot. After flashing the rom, it was like thirty minutes or more, I didn't take the count. So I took the battery off and tried again but it was all the same. 20 minutes later I tried again and it didn't boot anymore
What I was referring to, was this screen (I google it)
I'm sticked here. As my phone doesn't respond, I can't do the 'back button and power on' thing

Hi
I was using my phone. It suddenly turned off. Now it won't turn on.
When I connect it to a charger there is red light for one second then phone looks dead (no LED, nothing). (normally there was constant red light).
Tried to reset it using buttons, tried connecting it with fastboot mode, flash mode - NOTHING.
What can I do?
Main problem is that this phone is under warranty but it has unlocked bootloader and there was CM9 loaded on it..
take to service centre ,.. if u cant turn it on they cant too
Force off the phone
Volume down plus power button until u feel 3 vibrations
Then dun try to switch on

Take the battery out for about 20 seconds and put it back on again, dont turn it on, press the volume down button and get a usb cable and plug one end to the pc and and the other to ur phone keeping the volume down button pressed. If there is a green light that means it can be fixed.
will send it for warranty.
I didn't agree for extra charge so it wont be a problem,
got my device replaced under warranty
Device was full bricked with unlocked bootloader via sony site (twice!) and loaded cyanogenmod with custom kernel

How much time did you wait during charging? If less then 2-3vin so just wait a bit more and you''l be able to turn it on. If it will not then try to flash stock FW by flashtool

If you can't enter fastboot / start the phone when battery is removed, I think your phone is broken. I hope for you I'm wrong and someone comes with another idea...
Sent from my Xperia Neo V using xda app-developers app
In my opinion there are two possibilities. Your battery is broken - so you should first borrow it from another neo v user or the part of hardware responsible for charging battery inside the phone is broken so you should try to charge battery offline the phone and after that try to turn on the phone with battery.
I remember seeing a thread which explained how to repair such phones.
Just can't find it.
It surely involves test point.
Try searching for the thread

hello everybody
I've Flashed my Xperia P with kernel Nemesis_XP_v6.3[ENIGMA]
to recover a backup I've made before in this kernel

then I tried to turned the phone off to flash the stock ROM again
but the phone can't turned off !!!
I tried to force shutdown with the power key and volume up for 10 sec then finally the phone turned off
I tried to flash the stock ROM but the phone can't boot to flashmode or fast boot or even boot when it's connected to PC
also I tried to turn it on but it can't with the power button only !!
the phone turn on with "power key + volume up"

the phone when is turned off normally you can connect to PC with any mode.
but when I turned it off using Force method (power key + volume up) the phone doesn't respond to any connect to PC !
also it can't be turned on normally (by power key only) !
only when I pressed (power key + volume up) = (the same shutdown method) it turned on
and now I don't know how to let it shutdown normally to flash the ROM
Try the volume up + power while CWM is on and phone connected to the PC, this shult put in fastboot mode, then disconnect and try flash mode.

yea , I think the main problem is the battery was drained because after I flash the kernel and can't restore the backup I turned it off from CWM well and plan to flash the ROM but in a moment I decide to turn it on to try to wipe data/Factory reset maybe I could restore the backup .
but the same I couldn't , so I decide to turn it off and flash the ROM , but I couldn't , the phone was not able to turn off from CWM as I did before .
at the end the phone was turned off due to the battery was drained
so I connect it to charger for about 3 hours but as the phone doesn't charge !
and now I'm so scare that maybe the battery or the phone is damaged ..... !
finally the problem is gone
my friend disassembled it and removed the battery cable then re-back
then the phone is able to be charged properly then flash the ROM

If you included a part of the ftf called simlock.ta while flashing pretty sure that aonly Sony service centre can resurect it. If it asked you to include a fsc script did you select YES before flashing, which version of flashtool did you use needs to be the latest one.
Which mode was flashtool in simple or pro, latest version in Pro mode the check boxes do the opposite to What they would do normally, flashtool should only be used in simple mode and if you know what you are doing.

When you plug the phone, have you the plug/unplug sound from PC? Try to unplug, hold "vol+" "vol-" and "power" for 8-10 sec, release all, now hold "vol-" and plug the phone, Flashtool should see the phone in "flashmode", if not do steps again . Now you can reflash firmware, if you flashed some TA your phone will probably not work after reflash... If you flashed wrong firmware you have a chance to resurrect it. If you flashed a wrong boot.img/sin the phone will have only red light like you, do the steps said before will work too.

Try holding d volume up and the power button till it vibrates three times. This will have the same effect as removing the battery and hard reset it. Then while off hold volume down and connect to the USB cable.
