Can you open it in the stock browser?
Can you open other webpages?
If yes, can you open other sites using HTTPS protocol?
If all HTTPS:// sites fail, it may be a problem with your Internet connection.

Which country are you in? I've seen similar problems here in China when the phone is set to US English locale. Basically, it tries google.com, which tries to send me to the English site, which is blocked. If I go directly to google.com.hk or google.de it works.
But I guess that wouldn't explain why it works in other browsers...
Have you tried a different version of Fennec?
I'm From India ........
Now I've To Create Bookmark Google.Com Then Visit & Search ....
*Weird* :banghead:
Nah, I Haven't Tried Other Versions ....

Try this,
-Open Fennec
-Type "about:config" in address bar.
-in the search setting window, search for "tls" and enter.
-toggle "security.enable_tls" to "false"
- Now search anything in address bar. It will redirect to Google

Download the download all files app from the market place on Google. It will allow you to download all files from any browser. To get the normal browser back look in the sticky in the themes and apps section

I installed d4 rom about a weak ago using cwm recovery.
And none of the google apps seem to work.
Not the market not gmail.
I try to open them they enter and go back to home screen about a second later, no fc not anything.
In the recent apps it shows them but with the homescreen pic.
I tryed to install something.. "google freamwork" or something, but it just says installation failed.
I am using d4 rom v7 with the latest siyah kernel.
When i open the dev tools app and press google login service it fc's.
Thanks in advance.
You need to install gapps mate!

Hi,
I have the x10 mini (E10), rooted +xrecovery installed, FroyoBread ROM. (stock kernel).
I would like to know what are the minimum requirements I need to have for browsing with flash capabilities?
Must I unlock the bootloader? Install new kernel? etc..
I use the phone for basic daily use, not a gamer enthusiastic or so..
Thanks in advance..
Try this flash player

Even on your computer flash-content in your browser will only be displayed when you install the flash-player. There are no browsers that come with flash-capabilities out-of-the-box, they all depend on a flash-player to render the content.

What SmG67 means is that you have to install the above app and then reboot to get flash player working on your phone. Note: Flash Player doesn't work on opera mini, light browser and other 'fast' browsers. And the performance is terribly slow, even while overclocking, etc. ...

OK, I understand that I need that player now..
So I downloaded the apk file (to pc desktop), connected the phone with usb, copied the file to the sd card (to "download" folder).
Then disconnected the usb, opened "File manager" app, went to the "download" folder, tapped that file.
I got the screen asking "Do you want to install this app?", I tapped "Install".
After few sec, got the message "Application not installed", and the button- "Done".
What am I missing now?

thanks for this. I tried to update today and the installer was updated successfully however I'm not sure if that also updates the browser itself or only the installer. Do I have to Do something else to update it? I tried to remove it and install it again from the app but every time I try to uninstall it the app is Force closed.

This really needs the AOSP browser version that has the user agent string added into the normal settings menu (or about:debug always enabled) so that I can enable desktop mode by default! Mobile sites look horrid on the Nexus 10!
Otherwise this works great, thanks for the program!
Edit:
Install and works okay on my stock Nexus 10 with stock kernel
Boot loop on both my nexus 7 2012 and nexus 4 both stock but with franco kernel.
Had to do a factory reset to get out of it. Re-flashing the stock kernel doesn't fix it.
Perhaps you can test and let me know whether do you get the same result?
I have note 10.1 , I did install this app and run and it. It says asop browser installed. But I couldn't find it !!! Is it because my device is not supported ?

It's so because the Samsung Browser is based on the AOSP Browser and you must uninstall it first to install the AOSP.
Please if you want to do it backup your /system/app/Browser.apk to restore it if it doesn't work.
