now I have recovery by Atis112, but I need stock recovery for JB.

I extracted recovery from firmware.zip from previous JB OTA

I can confirm update in Bosnia, just upgraded...issue with non scrolling wallpaper in status bar still not solved.

Could you post it, please? Some of the files in the guide have been deleted, including the full firmware...

Pretty much confirms that this is another beta and only the eastern block are getting the update. It does mean at least that HTC are working on making a solid JB update for the desire x.

For now: audio bug fixed, status bar not, no time for more checks.

It almost certainly is a new beta. The countries getting this new update haven't changed from the original JB update.
I was really hopeful when I saw the new update rolling out.
