Just installed the v23 from v20 with everything it's ok.
But i dont have camera 4.2 and gallery 4.2 is this ok.
installed with no full wipe thanks!!!!!!!

i always clean wipe.. its simply less trouble that way.. but u can download the omega app from playstore n download those apps u mentioned through the app..

i dunno y hes not replyin.. hes probably moved into questionin in the omega thread itself!
i clean wipe to avoid problems caused by ne older ROM remains to the new ROM jus in case.. i hav experienced ma phone rebootin now and then o hangin at every bit o movt without wipe.. dont want such stupid issues nemore.. thats y!

Its a barebone rom and so the system apps was not included in it.. you can always move it to system/app from the download link he has given...

are u sure ??? cause i dont think a rom which doesnt have the basic apps can be called best
the best rom is cm7.2 by T.A. and MIUI RC3 by nims11 ( both are tied on first place )
they are the best roms not some random rom which has a superfluos name which hardly describes the crap features it has

or flash stocklite v6 by tj_droid
its a custom rom closest to stock and way better than stock

go to settings-about phone ....
the firmware version will be present there
i 'd say you should flash cm7.2 by T.A. or stocklite v6 by tj_droid

that doesnt works with cm roms, only with stock samsung's rom :/
malaysian stock gb rom should be S5830DXKT5 or S5830DXKPB
who told it does not have the basic apps ?
copying from a folder and putting it into system/apps takes that much of energy or what ?

Guys hes a newbie dont tell him to flash other roms.. he should first learn a bit. I think u should first go to general and read the whole sticky for newbies. There u can find how to flash stock rom again.

i want to ask if someone try a different kernel in OlloS2 Armageddon RoM 4.1.2
I try dorimanx and siyah but phone stuck in bootload and shutdown..!!!
Its a great rom but i want to overclock cpu because it stuck in overflowed cpu and its annoying..!!!!
PLZ anyone help..!!!

First search and read before you post. Then you would know there aren't any other kernels than Philz at the moment for roms based on the JB-leak. That it's your first thread isn't an excuse, because you can read English

Hi,
What rom are you on now ? you have to first root it and then install 3.5.31 i am using Siyah Kernel v6.0b5 with that and its awesome

Well, first of all, there is a original Omega tread for this question. And the second, yes you can.
factory reset if you have issues
You should reset cache and dalvik cache at least, not to have any problems. Always helps me when updating.

hey guys I had a freezing issue with my GS3 after flashing PANAROID ROM (HELLO HALLO) , i did a full wipe of data then flashed Samsung leaked Rom 4.2.2 to solve this issue but i didn't benefit anything, after that i flashed the official Samsung rom 4.1.2 , then i realized that there's no solution for this problem anymore
can anyone help me plzzzz......
