I have updated my razr to 982.124.14.XT910.Vodafone.en.EU and have problems with my HDMI Output from my XT910.
My TV does not recognize the output sometimes and after plugging in and out the HDMI Cable a few times i get a picture ... ;(
I have a Full HD Samsung TV , but in the Display Option from HDMI it is only showing 720p (no option for full-hd) ..
The picture quality from 720p is jittering, not good quality, sound is also not working problably... ;(
I installed a second Rom (WDSEA0588 v2.1en ) with BMM and there i get the resolution option for Full HD,
At first the screen was more than jittering with 1080p and bad, but now i does not get a picture with this resolution, only with the setting 720p,
sound is better in this Rom, but still buggy ;( ..
Does anyone experince same problems?
Is my HDMI Output broken ?

Hi, does anyone knows an app, or a modded gallery app, that does full hd output? 'Cause, video output does full hd and its great, but its a little bit frustating outputing 480p upscale on the gorgeous images we get on the phone.

he i am using galaxy s2 with a custom rom. But none of these roms support mhl cable how are you able to use it what rom do you have?

I have a slight problem with HDMI output that i am hopeing can be solved.
My TV Will not work at any resolution if it is running in 60Hz. Works for about 5 mins then degrades massivly untill i no longer can use the TV. Multi colourd lines flood the TV untill the tv is again flooded by a single colour static. (Think an old CRT TV with no arial attached) No idea what the problem is, or how to fix it. Same issue with games consoles and my PC. But i can get around that by outputing to 50Hz from my PC. All is well and works fine.
Tried my phone with HDMI output and it only seems to want to output at 720 60Hz. Which would be fine, but the TV as said above will not run in 60Hz for very long.
I cant replace the TV, as i have no money to buy a new or even second hand one.
I was hopeing that there was some way i could tell the phone to output at 50Hz. (Something like this app which i have tried but it didnt seem to detect my tv http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1501414)
Preferebly without root, as its a contract phone and im unsure what the terms are.

You sir are a legond! I cant see or seem to set a 50Hz option but these are the options i have:
1080P 60. This works to a point. i get the degrading the same as before. Which is odd as my tv is only 1080i.
1080p 30 Doesnt work, no picture output
1080p 24 Doesnt work, no picture output
720P 60 Works but this is the default i was having problems with.
SD Works flawlessly. It runs at 480p 60. TV seems very happy with it. Text seems a little blurry but the picture quality is still fantastic for me. Have ran 3 youtube videos and so far no degrading!
Only issue i see now is getting it to save that setting as the default. When i remove the HDMI , and plug it in again it resets back to 720P 60. I can go back into the service menu and change it to SD again. But i was now wondering is there a way i can make it default or shortcut the service menu/setting.

I am using epinters cm10 and everything is cool for me except one thing, i really want to be able to mirror atrix on my tv but its 40inch screen shows terribly bad the atrix's low resolution screen
Is there a way to change the hdmi screen resolution or to have webtop along with cm10, like webtop2sd or smthng ?

I think the hdmi mirroring resolution is 720p and I have been searching for a way to alter it but have had no luck as of yet. I am unable to mirror netflix on CM10 and it worked on CM7 but the quality was poor. I works with lapdock but again the resolution is poor. It would be nice to have working as this is a software issue.

Samsung S3 with latest firmware etc, drive link full mirroring app installed
Car Head Unit is JVC KW NSX 1
Mirrorlink feature working fine with full mirroring/app mode, audio streams fine. videos and app picture is very laggy, low frames per second, tv apps work but very low fps also.
Ive even installed the screen mirroring patch from google play/samsung but when I run it patch is not required
any ideas guys?

I am trying to record a video using the Lollipop's framework. Sadly what I have noticed is that when I do so, my output file is missing frames resulting in not smooth video. Basically where should be second frame, there is still the frame number one.
I have tried different apps for it, adb and even MHL to record via my AverMedia card - but all are giving same result. Of course this is not noticeable on my phone screen at all.
My phone is Note 4 - both Cyanogenmod and Stock roms are giving same result.
