if yes any one interested?
coz it will improve the life of our phone's power buttons
specially for the one's like who flash kernel and roms several times a day

They are not for shutting down the phone but for locking the screen
And I need a widget to shut down the phone

Hold power button and volume down at the same time (approx 2-3 sec). If it didn't work, restart your phone and try it again.
On a side note, because its funny, my mum actually has pictures of here laptop and phone screen because she wanted to save the pictures but didn't know how to on either. Lol

Hi , I have upgraded my Xperia U to ICS ..everything is working fine except camera quality, no notification sound, battery drains faster...
i can live with poor camera and battery performance ...but getting no notification sound is quiet annoying for me...i have done everything that i could do(repaired thousand times using SUS,PCC)..but no solution...can anyone help me? plzzzzzz.

yes...
when I was stock rom... I had no notification sound for messages...which was annoying ... so I changed the rom.

Go in messages press settings softkey than select notification tone and for battery and camera you can try brains rom

tried and tired...i get notification sound for some period of time but when i call someone and hang up the phone, no notification sound i get...i have to restart my phone every time to get notification sound..

I had french ics before official indian ics...i have done everything that I could do..now I want
to flash the brains rom. Is it safe to flash that rom?i don't want to unlock my bootloader.plz

you can try ProParanoma app. i use this app on the ROMs which dose not have 3d camera.

It is a known issue. Happens in both gb and ics. Just search in the Sony forums.

He asked if it can be ported to stock rom, not CM9. Next time read before you comment.
To the topic I don't think it's possible to to port it to the stock ROM.

Download the rom you have installed and copy only the framework to a flashable zip and.flash via clockwork mod ,so no need to restore backup

but now i'm on different cm10.1 build
that one was having carrier signal problem
