Hey today I installed a gingerbread rom over experience v2, and then tried to reflash experience. It didn't work so I had to go back to the GB rom but I deleted the zip file from my sd card so can't. My phone keeps bootlooping and my computer won't pick up my phone so I can copy the rom back onto it. Its got a locked bootloader so I can't fastboot and instal that way. Is there anything I can do? Will reflashing stock .54 ftf work?

Flash .54 and it will be ok.
And read the op, if you want to flash experience, then you have to flash .54 first ang no gb. Thats mistake you did.

Usually stock based rom in zip file arent complete roms. The zip files contains only modded files, apps and some of them kernel. So in order to flash rom correctly, always follow instructions and it will be ok.

And i flashed CWM using X tool from Play Store. His phone is rooted. I downgraded his firmware from 0.62 to 0.58 using Flashtool, then rooted it, and OTA update back to 0.62 then installed CWM using X tool. Then i tried to flash the RealICS rom and his hp is stuck at Sony Ericsson logo. I cant even get into recovery mode. Please help me. Please please please.

Relax guy, you just need upgrade to ics stock rom, root, install cwm, or you can using extended kernel by expeacer, if you want to install real ics your kernel must ics kernel..

You can use krsh or stock kernel... Or you can flash his phone to compete stock... I think unlocking bootloader is not required for installing real ics unless you are flashing custom kernel.... Better not to void its warranty....

You can see here,

Man, just root your phone with local-prop method (look in my signature in the rooting guide, there's a link to a tutorial how to root ics, which is very easy)
When you are on ics, just get cwm and install real ics lite like explained in it's thread.
Don't unlock bootloader, it's not required! Unlocking bootloader voids warranty and you don't need to do it.
And you can't install a custom kernel on locked bootloader, so do it like I've written and just first install offical ics and after that flash real ics

Go to this nice tutorial, there's explained how to flash gingerbread stock rom and root ics, cause you must do it with local-prop/push-root-files method. Just do it like explained there.
After wards install cwm and flash real ics lite for locked bootloader, but check what has to be wiped/formatted (for example do a factory reset or wipe cache). Just look in the real ics thread
I have just made a zip of the ICS FTF for a friend.
My questions are: is there one already and I just wasted my time?
If not, does anybody want to test it as I won't be able to check on my friend's phone for another two days.
I've removed some apps and rooted it.

There is none,as far as i know,n is it for st25i or st25a..please gimme the link,i'll test it n report back..also.does the recovery works even after the update..??
I haven't added the kernel, so I think the ROM would have to be flashed in recovery first, then flash the stock kernel in Flashtool. I could upload that as well if needed.
I could look into adding the kernel, I think it's just a few lines in the update script. It's unlikely to have recovery though. Don't know how to do that yet.
I'm not familiar with adding kernels because I've only tried with a phone that can't flash kernels in recovery.

Bullsh*t. There IS CWM for GB (locked BL) , as I used it when I was on 2.3. As I remember you can use the one that is running on ICS. When I got near a PC, I'll provide you a link.
EDIT:
I've not even needed to sit to a PC
So here's a CWM that surely works on GB (locked BL):

Is that necessary to rename any custom kernel to "boot.img" before flashing it (via FLAHTOOL.exe) ?

You can change kernel name, but make sure you type in command prompt with the same name with kernel.
Flash kernel must from a PC ,cant flash through CWM.Before flash kernel make sure you have unlock your bootloader.
My BL is unlocked!!
What do you mean by "command prompt with the same name of kernel ?“
Please say in details...
